- 前記フッ化塩が、前記活性化溶液の総容積に基づいて、1リットルあたり10グラム~1リットルあたり100グラムの範囲内の濃度で存在する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の活性化溶液。
- 前記フッ化水素酸が、前記活性化溶液の総容積に基づいて、1リットルあたり5ミリリットル~1リットルあたり250ミリリットルの範囲内の濃度で存在する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の活性化溶液。
- 前記硫酸が、前記活性化溶液の総容積に基づいて、1容積パーセント~45容積パーセントの範囲内の濃度で存在する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の活性化溶液。
- 請求項1に記載の活性化溶液を製造するための方法であって、
第1酸性溶液を作り出すために、前記硫酸と前記水の少なくとも一部とを混合することと、
第2酸性溶液を作り出すために、前記フッ化水素酸と前記第1酸性溶液とを混合することと、
前記フッ化塩を前記第2酸性溶液中に溶解させることとを含む、
方法。 - 金属基板上への材料の堆積に先立って、前記金属基板を前処理するための方法であって、
請求項1に記載の活性化溶液中に、所定の期間にわたって、前記金属基板を浸漬させることを含む、
方法。 - 前記活性化溶液が、大気圧において、かつ15°C~50°Cの範囲内の温度において維持される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の期間が5秒~120秒の時間である、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の期間が20秒~40秒の時間である、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の期間が経過した後に、前記金属基板を前記活性化溶液から取り出すことと、
前記金属基板を、取り出した後に、すすぎ流体ですすぐこととを更に含む、請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記すすぎ流体が脱イオン水である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記金属基板を、浸漬した後に、アノード硫酸プロセスに曝露することを更に含む、請求項8から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
