Claims (15)
- 内腔を有し近位端から遠位端へ延在し、遠位端に開口を有し、患部に接触するシャフトと、
前記シャフトの近位部に設けられている、前記シャフトの前記内腔を減圧するための吸引口と、
前記シャフトの前記内腔に配置され、該シャフトの遠位端の前記開口から突没可能である針管と、
前記シャフトの遠位端部に設けられている患部接触検知部および超音波発生部と、
を有し、
前記針管が配置されている前記シャフトの前記内腔が、前記吸引口から減圧吸引されるものである薬剤注入カテーテル。 - 前記患部接触検知部の遠位端は、前記シャフトの遠位端より遠位側にある請求項1に記載の薬剤注入カテーテル。
- 前記患部接触検知部の遠位端は、前記シャフトの遠位端より遠位側、かつ前記超音波発生部の遠位端より遠位側にある請求項2に記載の薬剤注入カテーテル。
- 前記患部接触検知部は、電極である請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤注入カテーテル。
- 前記超音波発生部は、圧電材料、正極、および負極を有し、正極と負極はリング状である請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤注入カテーテル。
- 前記超音波発生部は、圧電材料、正極、および負極を有し、圧電材料は、リング状である請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤注入カテーテル。
- 前記超音波発生部は複数であり、前記シャフトの遠位端部に、それらが該シャフトの周方向に配置されている請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤注入カテーテル。
- 前記患部接触検知部はリング状である請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤注入カテーテル。
- 前記患部接触検知部は、前記超音波発生部の外方に配置されている請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤注入カテーテル。
- 前記患部接触検知部は複数であり、前記シャフトの遠位端部に、それらが該シャフトの周方向に配置されている請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤注入カテーテル。
- 前記シャフトの遠位端より遠位側、前記患部接触検知部の遠位端より遠位側、かつ前記超音波発生部の遠位端より遠位側に、樹脂製リング状部材が配置されている請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤注入カテーテル。
- 前記樹脂製リング状部材の内径は、前記シャフトの内径より大きい請求項11に記載の薬剤注入カテーテル。
- 前記樹脂製リング状部材の厚みは、前記シャフトの厚みより小さい請求項11に記載の薬剤注入カテーテル。
- 前記針管は、屈曲部を有する請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤注入カテーテル。
- 前記針管は、遠位側開口と近位側開口の他に、側部開口を有している請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤注入カテーテル。
