自律走行自動車は運転手と観光ガイドをAI技術に代替することができ、他人の視線に拘束されなくて済む。また、AI観光ガイドサービスを通じて使用者別言語及び文化経験など個人情報に照らして最適化したコンテンツを提供できる。
本発明を通じて自律走行自動車を基盤とするエンターテイメントコンテンツサービスの新しいフォーマットを支援する効果があると期待される。また、自律走行自動車を活用する観光サービスのジャンルを開拓することで、自律走行自動車の使用性を拡大することができる。
サービスモジュールは指定された地域範囲内で連続的な観光サービスを提供するために設定された観光コースを基盤に観光サービスを提供する。観光サービスを利用する顧客は、端末機を活用してサービスモジュールに観光サービスを申し込み、サービスモジュールは多数の使用者に観光サービスを提供する。
サービスモジュール(120)がミッション遂行情報を判定することはクイズミッションに対してはクイズの正答を満たすかどうかで判定する。正答を完全に満たすか、一部を満たすによって差別化した点数が与えられる。

Claims (22)
- サーバー及び多数の自律走行自動車が多数の観光地点を含む観光コースに基づいて観光サービスを提供する方法であって、
前記サーバーが使用者別の観光サービス利用履歴を管理する段階と、
前記サーバーが使用者の観光サービスの要請に対応して自律走行自動車をマッチングする段階と、
前記自律走行自動車が道路を走行して前記使用者を前記観光コースのある観光地点に移動させる段階と、
前記サーバー又は前記自律走行自動車が前記観光コースに含まれる観光地点又は観光アイテムの観光情報を前記使用者に提供する段階と、
前記サーバーが使用者端末の次の観光地点への移動要請に基づいて自律走行自動車配車プログラムを通じて準備された別の自律走行自動車で前記使用者をピックアップする段階と、 前記使用者をピックアップした自律走行自動車が前記使用者を前記次の観光地点に移動させる段階と、
前記サーバーが前記自律走行自動車を通じて前記使用者に前記観光コースに含まれる観光地点又は観光アイテムの観光情報を連続して提供する段階と、を有し、
前記サーバー又は前記自律走行自動車は、前記使用者に連続的な観光サービスを対話型で提供することを特徴とする自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。
- 前記サーバー又は前記自律走行自動車は、前記使用者が使用中の前記使用者端末と連携して観光サービスを提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。
- 前記自律走行自動車が前記観光情報に関連する4D効果を出力する段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。
- 前記サーバー又は前記自律走行自動車は、前記使用者にゲーム基盤の観光サービスを提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。
- 複数の自律走行自動車にそれぞれ搭乗した複数の使用者に同時に参加するゲーム基盤の観光サービスを提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。
- 前記サーバー又は前記自律走行自動車が前記使用者に使用者ミッションを提示する段階と、
前記サーバー又は前記自律走行自動車が前記使用者ミッションを判定する段階と、を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。 - 前記サーバー又は前記自律走行自動車が、前記使用者ミッションの判定結果に対して新しい地点を更に含んで運行する第1方法、既存の地点を他の地点に交替して運行する第2方法、走行方向を決定する第3方法、既存に走行しようと計画された走行経路を変更する第4方法、及び一部の地点の運行を省略する第5方法のうちの少なくとも1つ以上の方法を反映することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。
- 前記サーバー又は前記自律走行自動車が、前記使用者ミッションの判定結果に対して使用者の点数を更に足すか又は削減する第1方法、使用者の脱落及び資格維持を定める第2方法、累積点数を基盤に使用者間の順位を定める第3方法、並びに景品を提供する第4方法のうちの少なくとも1つ以上の方法を反映することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。
- 前記使用者ミッションは、クイズの正答を当てるクイズミッション、複数の使用者の投票を通じて決定する投票ミッション、指定された行動を遂行する行動ミッション、及び写真を撮る写真ミッションのうちの少なくとも1つ以上のミッションで構成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。
- 前記サーバー又は前記自律走行自動車が使用者の個人情報を基盤として推薦観光サービスを提示する段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。
- 前記サーバー又は前記自律走行自動車は、AR又はVRの形式で観光情報を前記使用者に提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。
- 複数の前記使用者別に使用者ミッション又は走行ミッションに参加した結果を判定して点数を累計する段階と、
前記使用者別に累計された点数に基づいて順位を決める段階と、を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。 - 前記サーバー又は前記自律走行自動車が走行ミッションの遂行結果を判定する段階を更に含み、
前記走行ミッションの判定結果を使用者若しくはチームの点数に反映するか又はゲーム結果の判定に反映する段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。 - 前記サーバー又は前記自律走行自動車が多数の都市の観光コースに関する観光情報に対して使用者の個人情報を基盤に観光サービスを推薦する段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。
- 前記サーバー又は前記自律走行自動車は、前記使用者にキュレーション基盤の観光サービスを提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。
- 前記サーバー又は自律走行自動車は、ディスプレーにAR又はVRコンテンツを提供し、前記AR又はVRコンテンツと連携して4D効果を提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。
- 前記ディスプレーは、使用者のHMD及びスマートフォンのディスプレーのうちの少なくとも1つ以上のものに代替することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。
- 前記多数の自律走行自動車は、同じデジタルキャラクターを活用して連続性を有して観光情報を前記使用者に提供することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。
- 前記自律走行自動車は、仮想の車両事故、仮想の障害物、及び仮想の走行環境のうちの少なくとも1つ以上に関するバーチャルリアリティ映像をディスプレーに出力する方式で観光情報を提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。
- 前記サーバー又は前記自律走行自動車は、デジタルキャラクターを活用して観光情報を提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。
- 前記サーバー、前記自律走行自動車、又は前記使用者端末は、前記自律走行自動車の外部の客体を認識し、
前記自律走行自動車は、前記客体に関連する観光情報を前記使用者に提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。 - 前記サーバー又は前記自律走行自動車が観光アイテムに対する混雑度を予測する段階と、
前記サーバー又は前記自律走行自動車が前記混雑度を基盤に観光アイテム又は観光コースを使用者に推薦する段階と、を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自律走行自動車連結観光サービス提供方法。
