Claims (11)
- 車両用のバッテリ装置(10)であって、少なくとも2つのバッテリユニット(BS)を有するメインバッテリシステム(20)と、少なくとも1つのバッテリユニット(BS)を有する非常用バッテリシステム(30)とを備え、前記メインバッテリシステム(20)が前記非常用バッテリシステム(30)よりも多くのバッテリユニット(BS)を有し、さらに、前記メインバッテリシステム(20)と前記非常用バッテリシステム(30)とが同じ公称電圧を有し、かつ、互いに電気的に並列に接続され、前記メインバッテリシステム(20)が、前記メインバッテリシステム(20)を切り離すためのメインスイッチ(22)を有し、前記非常用バッテリシステム(30)が、前記メインスイッチ(22)とは別個の、前記非常用バッテリシステム(30)を切り離すための非常スイッチ(32)を有する、バッテリ装置。
- 前記非常用バッテリシステム(30)が、正確に1つのバッテリユニット(BS)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリ装置(10)。
- 前記メインバッテリシステム(20)の前記バッテリユニット(BS)と前記非常用バッテリシステム(30)の前記バッテリユニット(BS)とが電気的に同じ、又は、実質的に同じであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のバッテリ装置(10)。
- 前記メインバッテリシステム(20)と前記非常用バッテリシステム(30)とが、共通のバッテリハウジング(40)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリ装置(10)。
- 前記非常スイッチ(32)が、以下のパラメータ

- 電気的保護
のうちの少なくとも1つに関して前記メインスイッチ(22)よりも小さく形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリ装置(10)。 - 前記非常用バッテリシステム(30)が、前記非常用バッテリシステム(30)と前記メインバッテリシステム(20)との共通の制御モジュール(50)に隣接して、又は、実質的に隣接して、特に、前記メインバッテリシステム(20)よりも近くに配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリ装置(10)。
- 前記メインバッテリシステム(20)と前記非常用バッテリシステム(30)とが、電力消費機器に並列に接続するための共通のコンタクト部(60)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリ装置(10)。
- 前記メインバッテリシステム(20)と前記非常用バッテリシステム(30)とのために共通の制御モジュール(50)が設けられ、前記メインバッテリシステム(20)と前記非常用バッテリシステム(30)とのために、特に、少なくとも1つの共通の追加の制御モジュール(52)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリ装置(10)。
- 請求項1~請求項8のいずれか1項の特徴を有するバッテリ装置(10)を制御する方法であって、
- バッテリユニット(BS)の欠陥を認識する工程、
- 前記メインバッテリシステム(20)又は前記非常用バッテリシステム(30)への前記欠陥のあるバッテリユニット(BS)の対応付けを認識する工程、
- 前記欠陥のあるバッテリユニット(BS)の前記対応付けにもとづいて、前記メインバッテリシステム(20)又は前記非常用バッテリシステム(30)を切り離す工程、
を包含する、方法。 - 前記欠陥のあるバッテリユニット(BS)が前記メインバッテリシステム(20)に対応付けられる場合、前記非常用バッテリシステム(30)の電力出力が制限されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記バッテリ装置(10)の通常の動作中に、前記メインバッテリシステム(20)と前記非常用バッテリシステム(30)とを少なくとも一時的に一緒に動作させることを特徴とする、請求項9又は請求項10に記載の方法。
