Description
本出願は、2020年10月27日付の韓国特許出願第10-2020-0140607号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
前記電池ケースは、金属からなり、
前記電極組立体と電解液が共に収納される収納部と、前記収納部の上部に設けられるビーディング部とを含む円筒形缶と、前記円筒形缶の開放上端部に搭載され、突出型電極端子として上端キャップを含んでいるキャップアセンブリとを含み、
前記電池ケースが電解液と接触する前記収納部の内面、または前記収納部と前記ビーディング部の内面には有機-無機混合層の腐食防止層が形成されている二次電池が提供される。
前記キャップアセンブリは、上端キャップの下部に電流遮断用安全素子(PTC素子)および内部圧力降下用安全ベントが積層されており、前記安全ベントの下端には電流遮断装置(CID)が形成されており、
前記電極組立体は、電極組立体から引出された正極タブおよび負極タブを含み、前記正極タブは、前記キャップアセンブリの突出型電極端子である上端キャップに連結されており、前記負極タブは、前記円筒形缶の収納部と離隔した底面に連結されており、
前記ガスケットの二次電池の内面方向への表面には前記腐食防止層が形成されている。
前記電池ケースは、金属からなり、
前記電池ケースは、上端が開放されており、前記電極組立体と電解液が共に収納される長方形の缶本体と、前記缶本体の上端部に結合されて密封され、電極組立体の電極端子に連結されるキャップ端子を含むトップキャップと、を含み、
前記電池ケースが電解液と接触する前記缶本体の内面、または前記缶本体の内面とキャップ端子を除いたトップキャップの内面には有機-無機混合層の腐食防止層が形成されている二次電池が提供される。

前記電池ケースは、上端が開放されており、前記電極組立体と電解液が共に収納される長方形の缶本体と、前記缶本体の上端部に結合されて密封され、電極組立体の電極端子に連結されるキャップ端子を含むトップキャップと、を含み、
前記電池ケースが電解液と接触する前記缶本体の内面、または前記缶本体の内面とキャップ端子を除いたトップキャップの内面には有機-無機混合層の腐食防止層が形成されている二次電池が提供される。
Claims (14)
- 正極、分離膜、および負極を含む電極組立体が電解液と共に電池ケースに収納されている円筒形二次電池であって、
前記電池ケースは、金属からなり、
前記電極組立体と電解液が共に収納される収納部と、前記収納部の上部に設けられるビーディング部とを含む円筒形缶と、前記円筒形缶の開放上端部に搭載され、突出型電極端子として上端キャップを含んでいるキャップアセンブリとを含み、
前記電池ケースが電解液と接触する前記収納部の内面、または前記収納部と前記ビーディング部の内面には有機-無機混合層の腐食防止層が形成されており、
前記円筒形缶のビーディング部の上部にはガスケットが装着されており、
前記キャップアセンブリは、上端キャップの下部に電流遮断用安全素子(PTC素子)および内部圧力降下用安全ベントが積層されており、前記内部圧力降下用安全ベントの下端には電流遮断装置(CID)が形成されており、
前記電極組立体は、電極組立体から引出された正極タブおよび負極タブを含み、前記正極タブは、前記キャップアセンブリに連結されており、前記負極タブは、前記円筒形缶の収納部と離隔した底面に連結されており、
前記ガスケットの二次電池の内面方向への表面には前記腐食防止層が形成されている二次電池。 - 前記金属は、アルミニウム、ニッケル、ステンレススチール(SUS)、銅、鉄、青銅、および黄銅からなる群より選択されるいずれか1つからなる、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体は、ゼリーロール型またはスタック/フォールディング型電極組立体である、請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、前記電極組立体の中央部に挿入される中空構造のセンターピンをさらに含み、前記腐食防止層は、センターピンと電解液とが接触する外面に追加的に形成されている、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記センターピンの中空内面にも腐食防止層が追加的に形成されている、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記センターピンは、アルミニウム、ニッケル、ステンレススチール(SUS)、銅、鉄、青銅、および黄銅からなる群より選択されるいずれか1つからなる、請求項4または5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記有機-無機混合層は、(a)誘電率定数が1以上の無機物粒子、(b)圧電性(piezoelectricity)を有する無機物粒子、(c)熱伝導性無機物粒子および(d)リチウムイオン伝達能力を有する無機物粒子から構成された群より選択された1種以上の無機物粒子、およびバインダー高分子を含む、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 正極、分離膜、および負極を含む電極組立体が電解液と共に電池ケースに収納されている角形二次電池であって、
前記電池ケースは、金属からなり、
前記電池ケースは、上端が開放されており、前記電極組立体と電解液が共に収納される長方形の缶本体と、前記缶本体の上端部に結合されて密封され、電極組立体の電極端子に連結されるキャップ端子を含むトップキャップと、を含み、
前記電池ケースが電解液と接触する前記缶本体の内面、または前記缶本体の内面とキャップ端子を除いたトップキャップの内面には有機-無機混合層の腐食防止層が形成されており、
前記電極組立体は、電極組立体から引出された正極タブおよび負極タブを含み、前記正極タブおよび負極タブは、キャップ端子にそれぞれ連結されており、前記正極タブ、前記負極タブ、および前記キャップ端子には、導電性を有する物質でかつ腐食を防止できる導電性物質を含む導電性層が形成されている二次電池。 - 前記金属は、アルミニウム、ニッケル、ステンレススチール(SUS)、銅、鉄、青銅、および黄銅からなる群より選択されるいずれか1つからなる、請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体は、ゼリーロール型またはスタック/フォールディング型電極組立体である、請求項8または9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、前記電極組立体の中央部に挿入される中空構造のセンターピンをさらに含み、前記腐食防止層は、センターピンと電解液とが接触する外面に追加的に形成されている、請求項8~10のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記センターピンの中空内面にも腐食防止層が追加的に形成されている、請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記センターピンは、アルミニウム、ニッケル、ステンレススチール(SUS)、銅、鉄、青銅、および黄銅からなる群より選択されるいずれか1つからなる、請求項11または12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記有機-無機混合層は、(a)誘電率定数が1以上の無機物粒子、(b)圧電性(piezoelectricity)を有する無機物粒子、(c)熱伝導性無機物粒子および(d)リチウムイオン伝達能力を有する無機物粒子から構成された群より選択された1種以上の無機物粒子、およびバインダー高分子を含む、請求項8~13のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
