Description
非イオン界面活性剤は、帯電防止性や工程通過性を損なう恐れがあることから、本発明の不織布用繊維処理剤に用いる場合、その含有量は、50質量%以下が好ましく、30質量%以下がより好ましく、10質量%以下がさらに好ましい。
本発明の不織布用繊維処理剤は、帯電防止性や工程通過性に優れることから、短繊維(例えば15~100mm)に用いられることが好ましい。
1.不織布用繊維処理剤の調製
表3、表4の配合(質量部)の各成分を、50℃で1時間撹拌して実施例および比較例の不織布用繊維処理剤を作製した。
上記において作製した不織布用繊維処理剤を用いて次の評価を行った。
2つの円筒形測定器具(内径40φ)の間に、目標付着量が0.4質量%となるように薬剤処理した10cm角のポリエチレンテレフタレート/ポリエチレン複合繊維(PET/PE)製評価用不織布(エアスルー不織布、目付20g/m2)を4枚挟み、測定器具の上部円筒へ生理食塩水を50cc注ぎ入れた。注いだ生理食塩水が評価用不織布を30ccにするまでの時間を測定し、初期透水性能を評価した。
評価は生理食塩水の透過時間が10秒以内であるものを◎+、同じく10秒超30秒以内であれば◎、30秒超1分以内は○、1分超2分以内は△、2分を超えるものは×とした。
ストライクスルー試験の操作を5回連続で行った後、試験直後の薬剤処理不織布4枚を濾紙で挟み、ローラーを用いて水分を取り除いた。表面側の濾紙を取り除き、ストライクスルー試験部分にシリンジを用いて生理食塩水の水滴を10箇所落とした。
評価は水滴が3秒以内に染込む箇所を計測して行い、全て染込む場合は◎+、8箇所以上は◎、7もしくは6箇所は○、5~2箇所は△、1箇所以下は×とした。
評価する薬剤の5%水溶液(有効分換算)を200mL調製して、その上から薬剤未処理のポリエチレンテレフタレート/ポリエチレン複合繊維(PET/PE)製評価用短繊維(1.7dtex、38mm)0.5gを静かに投下し、短繊維全体が水溶液中に水没するまでの時間を測定した。
評価は短繊維全体が水溶液中に水没するまでの時間が3秒以内であれば◎+、5秒以内であれば◎、10秒以内であれば○、15秒以内であれば△、15秒を超えるものは×とした。
評価する薬剤をポリエチレンテレフタレート/ポリエチレン複合繊維(PET/PE)製評価用短繊維(1.7dtex、38mm)20gに付着油量0.5%(有効分換算)となるように浸漬処理し、80℃で30分間乾燥させた後、オープナーで開繊した。開繊した処理原綿を全量ミニチュアローラーカードに通過させ、通過時の状態ならびに得られたウェブの状態を以下の項目について確認した。
(1)フライ発生の有無
(2)ネップ発生の有無
(3)スカム発生の有無
(4)シリンダーへの巻きつきの有無
(5)ウェブの形成不良
評価は(1)から(5)の項目が全く生じなければ◎+、軽度の不良が1つ生じた場合は◎、軽度の不良が2つ生じた場合は○、軽度の不良が3つ以上生じた場合は△、いずれか重度の不良が生じれば×とした。
カード通過性評価で得られたウェブの表面漏洩抵抗値をJIS L 1094 附属書Aに記載の方法を参考にして、25℃、40%RHの環境下において24時間調湿後に測定した。
評価は測定された表面漏洩抵抗値が1.0×108Ω未満は◎+、1.0×108Ω以上5.0×108Ω未満は◎、5.0×108Ω以上1.0×109Ω未満は○、1.0×109Ω以上1.0×1010Ω未満は△、1.0×1010Ω以上は×とした。

- ポリオキシアルキレン分岐アルキルエーテルリン酸エステル塩(A)と、
直鎖または分岐のアルキルリン酸エステル塩およびポリオキシアルキレン直鎖アルキルエーテルリン酸エステル塩から選ばれる少なくとも1種(B)と、
を含有し、
前記成分(A)は、分岐アルキル基の炭素数が16以下であり、
前記成分(A)の含有量が10質量%以上である、
不織布用繊維処理剤。 - 前記成分(A)の含有量が70質量%以下である、請求項1に記載の不織布用繊維処理剤。
- 前記成分(B)として、アルキル基の炭素数が16~22である成分(B1)を含有する、請求項1に記載の不織布用繊維処理剤。
- 前記成分(A)に対する前記成分(B1)の質量比(B1)/(A)が0.01~0.40である、請求項3に記載の不織布用繊維処理剤。
