図2を参照して、各磁極20の構成について説明する。
次に、図1~図3を参照して、本実施形態のロータコア10(積層コア11)における応力と、比較例(図3参照)のロータコア(積層コア111)における応力とを比較する。
なお、今回開示された実施形態は、すべての点で例示であって制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は、上記した実施形態の説明ではなく特許請求の範囲によって示され、さらに特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更(変形例)が含まれる。
Claims (5)
- 複数の電磁鋼板が積層されることにより構成される環状の積層コアと、
周状に設けられる複数の磁極を構成する複数の永久磁石と、を備え、
前記積層コアは、前記複数の磁極の各々において、d軸に対して周方向の一方側に設けられ、前記永久磁石が挿入される一方側磁石孔部と、前記d軸に対して周方向の他方側に設けられ、前記永久磁石が挿入される他方側磁石孔部と、前記一方側磁石孔部と前記他方側磁石孔部との間に設けられ、複数の前記永久磁石が径方向外側に凸状に配置されるように挿入される中間磁石孔部と、前記一方側磁石孔部の径方向外側の端部と前記積層コアの外縁部との間に設けられる第1外側ブリッジ部と、前記他方側磁石孔部の径方向外側の端部と前記外縁部との間に設けられる第2外側ブリッジ部と、前記一方側磁石孔部と前記中間磁石孔部との間において前記積層コアの径方向内側部分と前記積層コアの径方向外側部分とを接続する第1内側ブリッジ部と、前記他方側磁石孔部と前記中間磁石孔部との間において前記径方向内側部分と前記径方向外側部分とを接続する第2内側ブリッジ部と、を含み、
前記一方側磁石孔部が延びる方向とd軸とのなす角度、および、前記他方側磁石孔部が延びる方向とd軸とのなす角度の各々は、前記中間磁石孔部の屈曲角度の1/2よりも小さい、ロータコア。 - 前記一方側磁石孔部および前記他方側磁石孔部の各々は、径方向に沿って延びるように設けられており、
前記積層コアは、前記一方側磁石孔部に挿入される前記永久磁石と、前記他方側磁石孔部に挿入される前記永久磁石と、前記中間磁石孔部に挿入される前記複数の永久磁石とがW字状に配置されるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のロータコア。 - 前記中間磁石孔部は、前記複数の永久磁石が挿入され、径方向外側に向かって凸状に屈曲した単一の孔部により構成されており、
前記中間磁石孔部に挿入される前記永久磁石同士の間には、磁気的空隙部が形成されている、請求項2に記載のロータコア。 - 前記積層コアの軸方向から見て、前記第1内側ブリッジ部および前記第2内側ブリッジ部の各々は、径方向外側に向かって前記d軸に近づく向きに傾斜して設けられている、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のロータコア。
- 前記積層コアは、前記中間磁石孔部の径方向外側に設けられ、複数の前記永久磁石が径方向外側に凸状に配置されるように挿入される外側磁石孔部を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のロータコア。
