Description
本発明は、第1の部品を第2の部品または溶着された部品のスタックに溶着するための振動溶着装置、振動溶着装置を使用する振動溶着方法、振動溶着装置のための後付けキット、およびそれぞれの後付け方法に関する。
2つの部品、通常プラスチック部品を互いに溶着するための振動溶着装置が、一般に知られている。通常、これらの装置は、フレームまたはハウジングを含み、その中に下部工具および上部工具が配置されている。下部工具は昇降テーブルに固定され、上部工具は上部工具プレートにしっかりと固定される。昇降テーブルによって、下部工具を上部工具の方向に移動させ、下部工具内の第1のプラスチック部品を上部工具内の第2のプラスチック部品に摩擦溶着または振動溶着することができる。

Claims (11)
- 第1の部品(3;103)を第2の部品または溶着された部品のスタック(5;105)に溶着するための振動溶着装置(1;100)であって、
a.第1の支持体(107)に配置される振動溶着ヘッドを有する上部工具(10;110)である第1の工具であって、前記振動溶着ヘッドは、使用中に第1の平面内で、第1の軸Xに沿って振動し、前記第1の工具は、前記第1の部品(3;103)を受け取る役割を果たす、第1の工具と、
b.第2の支持体(109)に配置される下部工具(12;112)である第2の工具であって、前記第2の工具は、前記第2の部品または前記溶着された部品のスタック(5;105)を受け取る役割を果たし、
c.前記第1の支持体(107)および前記第2の支持体(109)は、互いに対して、少なくとも前記第1の平面に垂直な第2の軸Zに沿って、初期位置から振動溶着位置に移動可能である、第2の工具と、
d.少なくとも2つの対向して配置された挟持装置(14;114)を備える挟持配置であって、各挟持装置は、挟持位置と開放位置との間で前記第1の軸Xに沿って移動可能な挟持表面(16;116)を有し、前記挟持位置において、少なくとも前記第1の軸Xに沿う前記第2の部品または前記溶着された部品のスタック(5;105)の移動は、振動溶着中に妨害される、挟持配置と、

b.前記第2の部品または前記溶着された部品のスタック(5;105)を有する第2の支持体(109)を、前記第1の支持体(107)に対して前記第2の軸Zに沿って前記振動溶着位置に移動させるステップ(ステップB)と、
c.少なくとも前記第1の軸Xに沿う前記第2の部品または前記溶着された部品のスタック(5;105)の移動が妨害されるように、少なくとも2つの対向して配置された挟持装置(14;114)の挟持表面(16;116)を、前記第1の軸に沿って挟持位置に移動させるステップ(ステップC)と、
d.溶着された部品の増加したスタック(20)が生じるように、前記第1の部品(3;103)を、前記第2の部品または前記溶着された部品のスタック(5;105)に振動溶着するステップ(ステップD)と、その後、
e.前記挟持表面(16;116)を前記第1の軸に沿って開放位置に移動させるステップ(ステップE)と、その後、
