a.第一固定具と整列した予熱機構の第一予熱器を第一固定具の方向へ移動させる工程(a)であって、同時に且つ自動的に該第一予熱器は、枢動配置によって、支持体の第一表面に対して開始位置から予熱位置へと第一の枢動を行い、それにより第一予熱器は第一部品の少なくとも一つのアンダーカットを回避して、第一固定具に隣接する予熱位置に配置される、工程(a)と、
b.第一予熱器によって第一部品表面の少なくとも一部を加熱する工程(b)と、
c.予熱機構の第一予熱器を第一固定具から離れる方向に移動させる工程(c)であって、同時に且つ自動的に前記第一予熱器は、前記予熱位置から前記開始位置へと戻る第二の枢動を行い、それにより第一予熱器は第一部品の前記少なくとも一つのアンダーカットを回避する、工程(c)と
を含む、予熱方法。 - d.工程(a)の前若しくは工程(a)中に、支持体の第一表面に上載された第一予熱器がプラスチック溶着装置の第一固定具と整列するように、予熱機構、特に請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の予熱機構をアイドル位置から操作位置へと移動させる工程(d)と、
e.工程(c)の後速やかに、前記予熱機構を操作位置からアイドル位置へと移動させる工程(e)と
をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の予熱方法。 - 工程(a)における自動的な移動が、枢動配置の枢動機構の作動要素によって生じ、該作動要素は、空気圧式、電動、若しくは好ましくは機械的作動要素である、請求項13又は14に記載の予熱方法。
- a.第一支持体に取付けられた第一固定具と、
b.第二支持体に取付けられた第二固定具と
を備えるプラスチック赤外線溶着装置であって、前記第一固定具及び第二固定具は相対的に可動であり、それにより第一固定具と第二固定具との間に配置された部品を両固定具によって溶着可能であり、さらに、
c. 第一固定具及び/又は第二固定具を、各支持体に対して開始位置から予熱位置へと枢動可能な少なくとも一つの枢動配置を備え、それにより各部品のアンダーカットを回避して、各部品を対応する予熱器によって加熱することができる、
プラスチック赤外線溶着装置。 - 前記第一固定具が上方固定具である、請求項16に記載の赤外線溶着装置。
