Description
まず、図1及び図2を用いて、第1実施形態に係る蓄電装置1の構成について説明する。図1は、蓄電装置1の概略断面図である。図2は、蓄電装置1が備える負極2及びその周辺の概略断面図である。
まず、本実施形態によれば、負極2の全体が封止されていることで、負極2及び正極3で互いに異なる種類の電解液を利用することができる。
すなわち、本実施形態によれば、減圧の下で正極3へ水系電解液31を含浸することになるので、正極3との圧力差によって負極2が破壊されることが防止できる。
次に、図4A~4Cを用いて、第2実施形態に係る蓄電装置41の製造方法について説明する。図4A~4Cは、蓄電装置41の製造方法を説明する工程図である。図4Aは、複数の固体電解質4を重ね合わせる前の状態を示す。図4Bは、複数の固体電解質4を重ね合わせた後の状態を示す。図4Cは、負極端子及び正極端子を配置した後の状態を示す。

Claims (5)
- 第1の電解液を含む第1の電極と、
前記第1の電解液とは異なる第2の電解液を含む第2の電極と、
前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間に位置する固体電解質と、
前記第1の電極、前記固体電解質、及び前記第2の電極を積層して形成される積層体を収容する外装材と、を備え、
前記第1の電極は、前記第1の電極の積層方向に沿った両側に設けられた前記固体電解質及び前記第1の電極の前記積層方向と直交する面方向に沿った周囲に設けられた封止部材によって、前記外装材の内部において封止されている、蓄電装置。 - 第1の電解液を含む第1の電極と、
前記第1の電解液とは異なる第2の電解液を含む第2の電極と、
前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間に位置する固体電解質と、を備え、
前記第1の電極は、該第1の電極の全体が封止されており、
前記第1の電極及び前記第2の電極は、内部の圧力が大気圧より小さい、蓄電装置。 - 第1の電解液を含む第1の電極と、
前記第1の電解液とは異なる第2の電解液を含む第2の電極と、
前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間に位置する固体電解質と、を備え、
前記第1の電極は、該第1の電極の全体が封止されており、
前記第1の電極は、負極であり、
前記第2の電極は、正極であり、初期状態において内部の圧力が前記第1の電極の内部の圧力より小さい、蓄電装置。 - 前記第1の電極は、前記第1の電解液として非水系の電解液が含浸された負極であり、
前記第2の電極は、前記第2の電解液として水系の電解液が含浸された正極である、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の蓄電装置。 - 第1の電極となる第1の材料を、圧力が大気圧より小さい減圧の下に設置する工程と、
前記減圧の下に設置されている前記第1の材料に第1の電解液を含浸させて前記第1の電極とする工程と、
前記第1の電極の全体を前記減圧の下で封止する工程と、
第2の電極となる第2の材料を前記第1の電極に積層する工程と、
前記第1の電極と前記第2の材料を外装材に収容する工程と、
前記外装材の内部を前記減圧の状態にする工程と、
前記減圧の下に設置されている前記第2の材料に、前記第1の電解液とは異なる第2の電解液を含浸させて前記第2の電極とする工程と、
前記外装材を前記減圧の下で封止する工程と、を備える、蓄電装置の製造方法。
