Claims (10)
- バッテリーセルに対する定電流放電グラフ予測方法において、
第1定電流の放電によりバッテリーセル電圧が第1放電限界電圧まで減少するのにかかる第1時間を測定する段階;
第2定電流の放電により前記バッテリーセル電圧が第2放電限界電圧まで減少するのにかかる第2時間を測定する段階;および
前記第1定電流、前記第1時間、前記第2定電流、および前記第2時間に基づいて放電時の定電流および放電時間の間の関係における比例定数および指数パラメータを算出する段階を含み、
前記第1放電限界電圧は、放電電流が0である時の放電基準電圧から前記第1定電流および前記バッテリーセルの内部抵抗による第1電圧降下を差し引いた電圧であり、前記第2放電限界電圧は、前記放電基準電圧から前記第2定電流および前記バッテリーセルの内部抵抗による第2電圧降下を差し引いた電圧である、定電流放電グラフ予測方法。 - 第3定電流で前記バッテリーセルを放電する時、前記バッテリーセルの電圧が第3放電限界電圧までかかる時間を前記比例定数および前記指数パラメータを利用して予測する段階をさらに含み、
前記第3放電限界電圧は、前記放電基準電圧から前記第3定電流および前記バッテリーセルの内部抵抗による第3電圧降下を差し引いた電圧である、請求項1に記載の定電流放電グラフ予測方法。 - 前記第1定電流、前記第2定電流、および前記第3定電流による放電開始時点の前記バッテリーセルのSOCおよびセルの温度は同一である、請求項2に記載の定電流放電グラフ予測方法。
- 前記放電基準電圧を変更する段階;
第4定電流の放電により前記バッテリーセル電圧が第4放電限界電圧まで減少するのにかかる第3時間を測定する段階;
第5定電流の放電により前記バッテリーセル電圧が第5放電限界電圧まで減少するのにかかる第4時間を測定する段階;および
前記第4定電流および前記第3時間、そして前記第5定電流および前記第4時間に基づいて放電電流および時間の間の関係における比例定数および指数パラメータを算出する段階をさらに含み、
前記第4放電限界電圧は、前記変更された放電基準電圧から前記第3定電流および前記バッテリーセルの内部抵抗による第4電圧降下を差し引いた電圧であり、前記第5放電限界電圧は、前記変更された放電基準電圧から前記第4定電流および前記バッテリーセルの内部抵抗による第5電圧降下を差し引いた電圧である、請求項2または3に記載の定電流放電グラフ予測方法。 - 第6定電流で前記バッテリーセルを放電する時、前記バッテリーセルの電圧が第6放電限界電圧までかかる時間を前記比例定数および前記指数パラメータを利用して予測する段階をさらに含み、
前記第6放電限界電圧は、前記変更された放電基準電圧から前記第6定電流および前記バッテリーセルの内部抵抗による第6電圧降下を差し引いた電圧である、請求項4に記載の定電流放電グラフ予測方法。 - 複数のバッテリーセル;および
定電流の放電時、複数のバッテリーセル電圧のそれぞれが対応する放電限界電圧まで到達するのにかかる放電時間を予測するバッテリー管理システムを含み、
前記バッテリー管理システムは、
定電流および放電時間の間の関係を定義する比例定数および指数パラメータに関する情報を保存し、
前記複数のバッテリーセルのうちの一つに対する比例定数および指数パラメータは、第1定電流の放電により前記バッテリーセル電圧が第1放電限界電圧まで減少するのにかかる第1時間を測定し、第2定電流の放電により前記バッテリーセル電圧が第2放電限界電圧まで減少するのにかかる第2時間を測定した後、前記第1定電流および前記第1時間、そして前記第2定電流および前記第2時間に基づいて算出し、
前記第1放電限界電圧は、放電電流が0である時の放電基準電圧から前記第1定電流および前記バッテリーセルの内部抵抗による第1電圧降下を差し引いた電圧であり、前記第2放電限界電圧は、前記放電基準電圧から前記第2定電流および前記バッテリーセルの内部抵抗による第2電圧降下を差し引いた電圧である、バッテリーシステム。 - 前記バッテリー管理システムは、
第3定電流で前記バッテリーセルを放電する時、前記バッテリーセルの電圧が第3放電限界電圧までかかる放電時間を前記比例定数および前記指数パラメータを利用して予測し、
前記第3放電限界電圧は、前記放電基準電圧から前記第3定電流および前記バッテリーセルの内部抵抗による第3電圧降下を差し引いた電圧である、請求項7に記載のバッテリーシステム。 - 前記第1定電流、前記第2定電流、および前記第3定電流による放電開始時点の前記バッテリーセルのSOCおよびセルの温度は同一である、請求項8に記載のバッテリーシステム。
