Claims (6)
- インナ部材と、該インナ部材の外周側に離隔して配されたアウタ筒部材とが、本体ゴム弾性体で連結されている防振装置において、
前記本体ゴム弾性体が円錐台状であると共に下面に開口する凹所を備えており、
前記インナ部材において該本体ゴム弾性体が固着された固着部の部材中心軸が、前記アウタ筒部材の部材中心軸に対して軸直角方向で偏心されており、
偏心方向の一方側における該本体ゴム弾性体の該インナ部材と該アウタ筒部材の対向方向での自由長と、該偏心方向の他方側における該本体ゴム弾性体の該インナ部材と該アウタ筒部材の対向方向での自由長とが、相互に異ならされていると共に、
該インナ部材の下端は該凹所に露出しておらず、該インナ部材の下端を覆って該偏心方向の一方側の該本体ゴム弾性体と該偏心方向の他方側の該本体ゴム弾性体とを連続せしめる連続ゴムが、該本体ゴム弾性体と一体的に形成されている防振装置。 - 前記インナ部材の取付中心軸と前記アウタ筒部材の取付中心軸が同軸とされている請求項1に記載の防振装置。
- インナ部材と、該インナ部材の外周側に離隔して配されたアウタ筒部材とが、本体ゴム弾性体で連結されている防振装置において、
前記本体ゴム弾性体が円錐台状であると共に下面に開口する凹所を備えており、
前記防振装置の中心軸方向が車両の上下方向とされる装着状態において該防振装置を周方向で位置決めするための周方向位置決め部が設けられており、該周方向位置決め部により車両の前後方向が規定されるようになっていると共に、
前記インナ部材において前記本体ゴム弾性体が固着された固着部の部材中心軸が、前記アウタ筒部材の部材中心軸に対して車両の前後方向で偏心して配置されており、該インナ部材から該アウタ筒部材に向かって車両の前方に延びる該本体ゴム弾性体の自由長と車両の後方に延びる該本体ゴム弾性体の自由長とが相互に異ならされて、車両加速時に該インナ部材が該アウタ筒部材に対して接近変位する方の該本体ゴム弾性体の自由長が離隔変位する方の該本体ゴム弾性体の自由長よりも大きくされている防振装置。 - 車両への装着前と装着状態との何れにおいても前記インナ部材の取付中心軸と前記アウタ筒部材の取付中心軸が同軸とされている請求項3に記載の防振装置。
- 軸直角方向の断面において、前記本体ゴム弾性体の外周面及び内周面がそれぞれ真円形状である請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の防振装置。
- 前記本体ゴム弾性体の外周面と内周面の少なくとも一方において、前記アウタ筒部材の部材中心軸に対する前記インナ部材の部材中心軸の偏心方向の両側部分における表面長さが相互に異ならされている請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の防振装置。
