Claims (9)
- 医療用レーザー装置は、
エネルギーガイド;
前記エネルギーガイドを介して標的組織を治療するためのエネルギーを生成するように構成された第1のエネルギー源;
前記エネルギーガイドを通じて第1及び第2の照準ビームを標的組織に放射するように構成された第2のエネルギー源であって、前記第2の照準ビームが、前記第1の照準ビームとは異なる波長を有する、第2のエネルギー源;及び、
ハードウェアを備えるコントローラであって、前記コントローラは、
前記標的組織を照射するために内視鏡によって使用される少なくとも2つの照射モードから1つの照射モードを示す信号を受信し、
前記第1の照準ビームを出力するように第2のエネルギー源を制御し、
前記第1の照準ビームによって生じたスポットが前記内視鏡からの画像で識別され得るかどうかを示す信号を受信し、かつ、
画像内で前記スポットを識別できない場合、前記コントローラは、前記第1の照準ビームを前記第2の照準ビームに切り替える、
ように構成された、コントローラ;
を備えることを特徴とする医療用レーザー装置。 - 前記コントローラは、前記第2の照準ビームによって生じたスポットが前記内視鏡からの画像で識別できるかどうかを示す信号を受信するようにさらに構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用レーザー装置。
- 前記第2の照準ビームのスポットが画像で識別できない場合、前記コントローラは、前記第1のエネルギー源を制御して、前記第1のエネルギー源が標的組織を治療するようにエネルギーを生成することを禁止するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療用レーザー装置。
- 前記エネルギーガイドはレーザーファイバであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用レーザー装置。
- 前記第1のエネルギー源は、治療用レーザービームであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用レーザー装置。
- 医療用レーザー装置を備える医療システムであって、前記医療用レーザー装置が:
エネルギーガイド;
前記エネルギーガイドを介して標的組織を治療するためのエネルギーを生成するように構成された第1のエネルギー源;
前記エネルギーガイドを通じて第1及び第2の照準ビームを標的組織に放射するように構成された第2のエネルギー源であって、前記第2の照準ビームが、前記第1の照準ビームとは異なる波長を有する、第2のエネルギー源;及び、
ハードウェアを備える第1のコントローラであって、前記第1のコントローラが:
前記第1のコントローラが、標的組織を照明するために内視鏡によって使用される、少なくとも2つの照射モードから1つの照射モードを示す第1の信号を受信する;
前記第1の照準ビームを出力するように前記第2のエネルギー源を制御する;
ように構成されている、第1のコントローラ;及び、
ハードウェアを備える第2のコントローラであって、前記第2のコントローラは内視鏡とともに使用されるためのものであり、
第2のコントローラが、前記内視鏡によって使用される、少なくとも2つの照射モードから1つの照射モードを示す第1の信号を第1のコントローラに出力し、かつ、
前記第1の照準ビームによって生じたスポットが前記内視鏡からの画像で識別され得るかどうかを示す第2の信号を出力する、
ように構成されている、第2のコントローラ;
を備え、
前記第1のコントローラは、
第2の信号を受信する;かつ、
前記第2の信号を受信して画像内でスポットを特定できない場合は、前記第1の照準ビームを前記第2の照準ビームに切り替える、医療レーザー装置、
を備える医療システム。 - 前記第1のコントローラは:
前記第2の照準ビームによって生じたスポットが前記内視鏡からの画像で識別できるかどうかを示す信号を受信する;かつ、
前記第2の照準ビームのスポットが画像で識別できない場合、前記第1のエネルギー源が標的組織を治療するためのエネルギーを生成することを禁止するように前記第1のエネルギー源を制御する;
ように構成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の医療システム。 - 前記エネルギーガイドはレーザーファイバであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の医療システム。
- 前記第1のエネルギー源は、治療用レーザービームであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の医療システム。
