Claims (23)
- 医療用レーザー装置は、
エネルギーガイド;
前記エネルギーガイドを介して標的組織を治療するためのエネルギーを生成するように構成された第1のエネルギー源;
前記標的組織を照射するための少なくとも2つの照射モードを有する光源;
前記光源とは異なる、前記エネルギーガイドを通じて第1及び第2の照準ビームを標的組織に放射するように構成された第2のエネルギー源であって、前記第2の照準ビームが、前記第1の照準ビームとは異なる少なくとも1つの特性を有する、第2のエネルギー源;及び、
ハードウェアを備えるコントローラであって、前記コントローラは、
前記標的組織を現在照射している前記少なくとも2つの照射モードの一方を示す信号を受信し、
前記標的組織を現在照射している照射モードに基づいて、前記第1及び第2の照準ビームから照準ビームを選択し、かつ、
前記標的組織に向けて選択された照準ビームを放射するように第2のエネルギー源を制御する
ように構成された、コントローラ;
を備えることを特徴とする医療用レーザー装置。 - 白色光照射モードが示される際、前記コントローラは、前記第2のエネルギー源を制御して、500nm~550nmの範囲の波長を有する前記第1の照準ビームを放射することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用レーザー装置。
- 特定光照射モードが示される際、前記コントローラは、前記第2のエネルギー源を制御して、635nm~690nmの範囲の波長を有する前記第1の照準ビームを放射することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用レーザー装置。
- 前記特定光照射モードは、狭帯域イメージングモード、自動蛍光イメージングモード、または赤外線イメージングモードのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の医療用レーザー装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記第1または第2の照準ビームによって生じたスポットが前記標的組織の画像で識別され得るかどうかを示す信号を受信するようにさらに構成されことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用レーザー装置。
- 画像内で前記スポットを識別できない場合、前記コントローラは、前記第1または第2の照準ビームの一方を前記第1または第2の照準ビームの他方に切り替えるようにさらに構成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の医療用レーザー装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記第1または第2の照準ビームの前記他方によって生じたスポットが前記標的組織の画像で識別できるかどうかを示す信号を受信するようにさらに構成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の医療用レーザー装置。
- 前記第1または第2の照準ビームの前記他方からのスポットが画像で識別できない場合、前記コントローラは、前記第1のエネルギー源を制御して、前記第1のエネルギー源が標的組織を治療するようにエネルギーを生成することを禁止するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の医療用レーザー装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの特性は、波長、パワーレベル、及び、放射パターンからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用レーザー装置。
- 前記エネルギーガイドはレーザーファイバであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用レーザー装置。
- 前記第1のエネルギー源は、治療用レーザービームであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用レーザー装置。
- ハードウェアを備える内視鏡コントローラであって、前記内視鏡コントローラは、内視鏡と共に使用されるためのものであり、前記内視鏡コントローラは:
標的組織を現在照射している、前記内視鏡の照射モードを示す第1の信号を出力する;
前記照射モードに基づいて、照準ビームエネルギー源によって生成された複数の照準ビームから、前記標的組織に放射する照準ビームを選択し、
前記内視鏡内のイメージセンサによってキャプチャされた画像において、選択された照準ビームからのスポットが可視であるかどうかを検出する;かつ、
前記検出に基づいて第2の信号を出力する;
ように構成されていることを特徴とする内視鏡コントローラ。 - 前記第2の信号は、前記画像内でスポットを検出できない場合にのみ出力されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の内視鏡コントローラ。
- 前記照準ビームは、第1の照準ビームであり;かつ、
前記画像でスポットを検出できない場合、前記第2の信号が、レーザー装置に、第1照準ビームを、第1照準ビームとは異なる少なくとも1つの特性を持つ第2の照準ビームに変更するように指示する;
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の内視鏡コントローラ。 - 医療用レーザー装置を備える医療システムであって、前記医療用レーザー装置が:
エネルギーガイド;
前記エネルギーガイドを介して標的組織を治療するためのエネルギーを生成するように構成された第1のエネルギー源;
前記エネルギーガイドを通じて第1及び第2の照準ビームを標的組織に放射するように構成された第2のエネルギー源であって、前記第2の照準ビームが、前記第1の照準ビームとは異なる少なくとも1つの特性を有する、第2のエネルギー源;及び、
ハードウェアを備える第1のコントローラであって、前記第1のコントローラが:
前記第1のコントローラが、標的組織を照明するために内視鏡によって使用される、少なくとも2つの照射モードから1つの照射モードを示す第1の信号を受信する;
前記標的組織を現在照射している前記照射モードに基づいて、前記第1及び第2の照準ビームから照準ビームを選択する;
選択された照準ビームを前記標的組織に放射するように前記第2のエネルギー源を制御する;
ように構成されている、第1のコントローラ;及び、
ハードウェアを備える第2のコントローラであって、前記第2のコントローラは内視鏡とともに使用されるためのものであり、第2のコントローラが、前記内視鏡によって使用される、少なくとも2つの照射モードから1つの照射モードを示す第1の信号を第1のコントローラに出力するように構成されている、第2のコントローラ;
を備える、医療レーザー装置、
を備える医療システム。 - 白色光照射モードが示される場合、前記第1のコントローラは、500nm~550nmの範囲の波長を有する前記第1の照準ビームを放射するように前記第2のエネルギー源を制御することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の医療システム。
- 特定光照射モードが示されている場合、前記第1のコントローラは、635nm~690nmの範囲の波長を有する第1の照準ビームを放射するように第2のエネルギー源を制御することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の医療システム。
- 前記特定光照射モードは、狭帯域イメージングモード、自動蛍光イメージングモード、または赤外線イメージングモードのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の医療システム。
- 前記第2のコントローラは、前記第1または第2の照準ビームによって生じたスポットが前記内視鏡からの画像で識別できるかどうかを示す第2の信号を出力するようにさらに構成され、
前記第1のコントローラは:
前記第2の信号を受信する;かつ、
画像内でスポットを特定できない場合は、前記第1または第2の照準ビームの一方を、前記第1または第2の照準ビームの他方に切り替える;
ようにさらに構成されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の医療システム。 - 前記第2のコントローラは、前記第1または第2の照準ビームによって生じたスポットが前記内視鏡からの画像で識別できるかどうかを示す第2の信号を出力するようにされに構成され、並びに、
前記第1のコントローラは:
前記第2の信号を受信する;、かつ、
前記第1または第2の照準ビームの他方からのスポットが画像で識別できない場合、前記第1のエネルギー源が標的組織を治療するためのエネルギーを生成することを禁止するように前記第1のエネルギー源を制御する;
ように構成されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の医療システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの特性は、波長、パワーレベル、及び放射パターンからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の医療システム。
- 前記エネルギーガイドはレーザーファイバであることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の医療システム。
