Claims (22)
- 医療デバイスを用いる処置中に、患者の解剖学的部位における解剖学的環境の圧力を維持するためのシステムであって、
前記解剖学的環境の圧力を感知するように構成された圧力センサと、
前記処置中に、前記解剖学的環境の前記圧力を、安全な圧力範囲内に維持するために、前記解剖学的環境の前記感知された圧力と前記安全な圧力範囲の間の比較に基づき、前記医療デバイスの少なくとも1つの作業チャネルを通る灌注流または吸引流の1つまたは複数を調整するように構成される制御モジュールと
を備えるシステム。 - 前記制御モジュールは、
前記解剖学的環境に適用される、前記安全な圧力範囲内の望ましい圧力のユーザ入力を受け取ること、および
前記解剖学的環境の前記感知された圧力を、実質的に前記望ましい圧力レベルに維持するように、前記灌注流または前記吸引流の1つまたは複数を調整すること
を実施するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記望ましい圧力が、前記解剖学的環境の実質的に正味ゼロの圧力であり、また前記制御モジュールが、
前記解剖学的環境の前記感知された圧力の増加に応じて、前記感知された圧力の前記増加を実質的に無効化するために、前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルを通る前記吸引流を増加すること、および
前記解剖学的環境の前記感知された圧力の減少に応じて、前記感知された圧力の前記減少を実質的に無効化するために、前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルを通る前記灌注流を増加すること
を実施するように構成される、請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記望ましい圧力が前記解剖学的環境の正圧であり、また前記制御モジュールは、前記感知された圧力が実質的に前記望ましい正圧レベルに達するまで、前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルを通る前記灌注流を増加する、または前記吸引流を減少させるように構成される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記望ましい圧力が前記解剖学的環境の負圧であり、また前記制御モジュールは、前記感知された圧力が実質的に前記望ましい負圧レベルに達するまで、前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルを通る前記灌注流を減少させる、または前記吸引流を増加するように構成される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記安全範囲は、ユーザ指定の、または調整可能に指定できる負圧の下限および正圧の上限を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御モジュールは、
前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルにおける望ましい流れ条件のユーザ入力を受け取ることであって、前記望ましい流れ条件は、前記灌注流と前記吸引流の間の相対的な状況を表し、かつ前記解剖学的環境に適用される望ましい圧力に対応する、受け取ること、および
前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルにおける前記望ましい流れ条件を維持するために、灌注流量または吸引流量の1つまたは複数を調整すること
を実施するように構成される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記制御モジュールは、
灌注ソースを前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルに流体結合させ、調整可能な圧力または調整可能な流量を用いてそれに前記灌注流を提供すること、および
吸引ソースを前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルに流体結合させ、調整可能な圧力または調整可能な流量を用いてそれに前記吸引流を供給すること
を実施するように構成される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルは、前記灌注ソースおよび前記吸引ソースに流体結合された共通の作業チャネルを含み、前記共通の作業チャネルは、前記灌注流および前記吸引流を通過させるように構成されている、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルは、前記灌注ソースに流体結合され、かつ前記灌注流を通過させるように構成された灌注チャネルと、前記吸引ソースに流体結合され、かつ前記吸引流を通過させるように構成された、前記灌注チャネルとは別の吸引チャネルとを含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記灌注流または前記吸引流の1つまたは複数を増加させる、または減少させるユーザコマンドを受け取るように構成されたユーザ入力を備える、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御モジュールは、比例積分(PI)コントローラ、または比例積分微分(PID)コントローラを含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記解剖学的部位の中に少なくとも部分的に挿入可能な組織除去デバイスをさらに備え、前記組織除去デバイスは、前記解剖学的環境および周囲環境の少なくとも一部を照明し、前記解剖学的環境の画像を提供し、前記解剖学的環境から望ましくない組織を切除し、かつ前記切除された組織を、前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルを介して除去するように構成され、
前記制御モジュールは、前記望ましくない組織の切除および除去中に、前記解剖学的環境の前記圧力を、前記安全な圧力範囲内に維持するために、前記灌注流または前記吸引流の1つまたは複数を調整するように構成される、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記患者の尿路の一部の中に少なくとも部分的に挿入可能な腎臓鏡をさらに備え、前記腎臓鏡は、腎臓腫瘤および周囲環境を照明し、前記照明された腎臓腫瘤の画像を提供し、前記腎臓腫瘤を断片へと破壊し、かつ前記腎臓腫瘤の断片を前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルを介して除去するように構成され、
前記制御モジュールは、前記腎臓腫瘤の破壊および除去中に、前記腎臓腫瘤の前記周囲環境の前記圧力を前記安全な圧力範囲内に維持するために、前記灌注流または前記吸引流の1つまたは複数を調整するように構成される、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 医療デバイスを用いる処置中に、患者の解剖学的部位における解剖学的環境に適用される圧力を維持する方法であって、
圧力センサにより前記解剖学的環境の圧力を感知するステップと、
前記解剖学的環境の前記感知された圧力と安全な圧力範囲の比較に基づいて、前記処置中に、前記解剖学的環境の前記圧力を、前記安全な圧力範囲内に維持するために、前記医療デバイスの少なくとも1つの作業チャネルを通る灌注流または吸引流の1つまたは複数を制御モジュールにより調整するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルは、灌注チャネル、および前記灌注チャネルとは別の吸引チャネルを含み、前記方法は、
灌注ソースを前記灌注チャネルに流体結合させ、調整可能な圧力または調整可能な流量を用いてそれに前記灌注流を提供するステップと、
吸引ソースを前記吸引チャネルに流体結合させ、調整可能な圧力または調整可能な流量を用いてそれに前記吸引流を供給するステップと
