Claims (7)
- マイクロフィルタを保持するマイクロ濾過ユニットであって、
前記マイクロフィルタは、
非エポキシベースのマイクロフィルムであって、前記非エポキシベースのマイクロフィルムの材料は、透明プラスチック材料である、前記非エポキシベースのマイクロフィルムと、
前記非エポキシベースのマイクロフィルムに設けられ、レーザアブレーションを介して前記非エポキシベースのマイクロフィルムを貫通する、複数のマイクロホールであって、
前記マイクロホールの径は前記非エポキシベースのマイクロフィルムの表面上に目標物を分離するために設計され、
前記非エポキシベースのマイクロフィルムの表面は、前記非エポキシベースのマイクロフィルム上に分離された目標物を定めて数を数えるために所定のセクションの中にパターン化された、前記複数のマイクロホールと
を備え、
頂部の入口オリフィス、上部側壁、及びサイドモジュールを含む、上部フレームであって、前記サイドモジュールは、一方の端部が前記上部フレームの前記上部側壁の下部に接続され、かつそこから延びた可撓性ストライプ、ならびに、前記可撓性ストライプの他方の端部と接続され、前記上部フレームの前記頂部と係合されることになる一方の端部、及び外部の試料入口シリンジの試料入口オリフィスに接続されることになる他方の端部を有する変換入口ヘッド部を含む、上部フレームと、
出口オリフィス及び下部の円筒形の側壁を含む、下部フレームとを備え、
前記上部フレーム及び前記下部フレームは、ねじ連結を介して互いに接続され、前記マイクロフィルタは、前記上部フレームと前記下部フレームとの間に挟まれ、前記変換入口ヘッド部は、様々な試料入口オリフィスを有する前記外部試料入口シリンジに対応して係合するよう、様々な入口ヘッド部と交換可能で、それによって前記外部試料入口シリンジから送り込まれた試料の直線的な通過をもたらし、前記上部フレームの入口オリフィスを通って前記下部フレームの出口オリフィスに流し、
前記上部フレームは、その内側外周の壁に配設された上部ガスケットをさらに備え、前記下部フレームは、その内側外周の壁に配設された下部ガスケットをさらに備え、前記マイクロフィルタは、前記上部ガスケット及び下部ガスケットに挟まれ、
前記上部ガスケット及び下部ガスケットは、試料の漏洩を防止し、前記マイクロフィルタを所定に位置に保持する、
マイクロ濾過ユニット。 - 前記可撓性ストライプ及び前記変換入口ヘッド部を含む、前記上部側壁及び前記サイドモジュールは、1つの部品に一体化される、請求項1に記載のマイクロ濾過ユニット。
- 前記可撓性ストライプは、前記上部側壁の下部と取り外し可能に係合されるか、または前記変換入口ヘッド部と取り外し可能に係合される、請求項1に記載のマイクロ濾過ユニット。
- 前記上部フレーム11の前記サイドモジュールは、前記試料入口オリフィスが、より広い開口部からより狭い開口部に調整するのを可能にする、請求項1に記載のマイクロ濾過ユニット。
- 前記サイドモジュールは、前記試料入口シリンジと一体化される、請求項1に記載のマイクロ濾過ユニット。
- 前記マイクロフィルタの径は13mm、及び濾過領域の径は9mmである、請求項1に記載のマイクロ濾過ユニット。
- 負圧を前記出口オリフィスに加えるために、制御された吸引ポンプをさらに備え、それによって試料の直線的な通過が圧力差によって導かれる、請求項1に記載のマイクロ濾過ユニット。
