Description
まず、本発明の第1の実施形態として、電子モジュールを小型化するために、キャビティ(くぼみ)部を有する成型部品の中に複数のチップ部品等を収めて実装した例について説明する。
次に電子モジュール50の製造工程について図7、図8を参照して説明する。
次に、本発明の第2の実施形態について説明する。図11は、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る内視鏡における挿入部先端部の内部構成を示した要部拡大斜視図であり、図12は、挿入部先端部の一部を切り取って示した側断面である。
次に、本発明の第3の実施形態について説明する。図13~図15は、本発明の第3の実施形態を示すものであるが、これらの図面を用いて、上述した第1実施形態および第2の実施形態についても併せて説明できるように、ここでは配線パターンもわかりやすく図示している。すなわち、上述した第1の実施形態および第2の実施形態に係る図面において記載していない部分は、ここで説明する内容に準ずるものとする。
Claims (11)
- 底面と4つの壁面とが形成され、上記底面に複数の電極が設けられたキャビティ部を有する立体配線基板と、
上記複数の電極に実装された、複数のチップ部品および上記キャビティ部の開口部方向を撮像する撮像モジュールを含む複数の電子部品と、
を有し、
上記4つの壁面は、上記複数のチップ部品の並び方向に対応する第1の壁面と上記複数のチップ部品の並び方向に対応しない第2の壁面とを含み、上記第1及び第2の壁面は上記底面に対して傾斜している傾斜面であり、上記第1の壁面の傾斜角度は上記第2の壁面の傾斜角度よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする電子モジュール。 - 上記撮像モジュールが上記底面の中央部に実装され、上記複数のチップ部品が上記撮像モジュールの周囲に実装されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子モジュール。 - 上記第1の壁面に沿って上記底面に実装された配線パターンは、上記電子部品における実装面の裏面にまで延伸している
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電子モジュール。 - 上記キャビティ部と、上記複数の電子部品のうちの少なくとも1つの電子部品と、により形成される空間を充填される樹脂をさらに含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子モジュール。 - 上記電子モジュールの少なくとも一部は、金属筐体内に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子モジュール。 - 上記第1の壁面における当該傾斜する方向に配設された、上記電子モジュールが上記金属筐体内に配置されるときに当該電子モジュールを固定する組付け部をさらに有する
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電子モジュール。 - 上記電子モジュールは、内視鏡先端部に配設され、
上記内視鏡先端部はチャンネルを有し、
当該電子モジュールと上記チャンネルとを、内視鏡挿入方向に対して直交するよう配置し、上記電子モジュールのキャビティ部の勾配方向は、隣接する上記チャンネルの並び方向と略直交方向である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子モジュール。 - 上記チャンネルは可動部を備え、
上記可動部は鉗子起上台である
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電子モジュール。 - 射出成型において、ランナー方向に傾斜を有する4つの壁面であって上記傾斜の角度が相互に異なる第1及び第2の壁面および、上記ランナー方向に平行に広がる底部により形成されるキャビティ部を設けた構造に射出成型するステップと、
上記キャビティ部における上記底部から上記第1及び第2の壁面のうち上記傾斜が大きい壁面方向に沿って設けられた配線パターンを形成するステップと、
上記配線パターン上に配設された電極に複数の電子部品を実装するステップと、
を有することを特徴とする電子モジュールの製造方法。 - 上記キャビティ部と、上記複数の電子部品における少なくとも1つの電子部品と、により形成される空間を樹脂により充填するステップ
をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電子モジュールの製造方法。 - 底面と4つの壁面とが形成され、上記底面に複数の電極が設けられたキャビティ部を有する立体配線基板と、上記複数の電極に実装された、複数のチップ部品および上記キャビティ部の開口部方向を撮像する撮像モジュールを含む複数の電子部品と、を有し、上記4つの壁面は、上記複数のチップ部品の並び方向に対応する第1の壁面と上記複数のチップ部品の並び方向に対応しない第2の壁面とを含み、上記第1及び第2の壁面は上記底面に対して傾斜している傾斜面であり、上記第1の壁面の傾斜角度は上記第2の壁面の傾斜角度よりも大きい電子モジュールと、
前記電子モジュールを有する挿入部と、
を有することを特徴とする内視鏡。
