Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、内視鏡1は、撮像モジュール2と、シース3と、ケース10と、を備える。図2に示すように、撮像モジュール2は、基板20と、ケーブル部30と、撮像素子40と、レンズユニット50と、を備える。
本実施形態では、XYZ直交座標系を設定して各構成の位置関係を説明する。内視鏡1の長手方向をX軸により表す。長手方向において、ケーブル部30から見たレンズユニット50側を+X側あるいは前側といい、その反対側を−X側あるいは後側という。基板20の厚さ方向を上下方向といい、Z軸により表す。上下方向は長手方向に直交している。上下方向における一方側(+Z側)を上側といい、他方側(−Z側)を下側という。長手方向および上下方向の双方に直交する方向を左右方向といい、Y軸により表す。Y軸における一方側(+Y側)を右側といい、他方側(−Y側)を左側という。
また、基板20上に、コンデンサなどの電子部品が実装されていてもよい。
また、識別樹脂R2が視認可能であれば、識別樹脂R2の面積が0.03mm2未満であってもよい。また、識別樹脂R2が下側に回り込まない条件であれば、識別樹脂R2の面積が1.7mm2より大きくてもよい。
Claims (4)
- 受光面と、前記受光面とは反対側に位置する電極面と、前記電極面上に形成された複数の撮像素子電極とを有する撮像素子と、
第1面と、前記第1面とは反対側に位置する第2面と、前記電極面に対向する第1端面とを有する基板と、
前記基板上の配線を介して前記撮像素子電極と電気的に接続される導体を有するケーブル部と、
前記第1面および前記第2面を少なくとも覆う封止樹脂と、
前記封止樹脂のうち、前記第1面上に位置する部分または前記第2面上に位置する部分に付着した識別樹脂と、を備える、撮像モジュール。 - 前記識別樹脂は紫外線硬化型樹脂である、請求項1に記載の撮像モジュール。
- 前記基板の厚さ方向から見て、前記識別樹脂の面積は1.7mm2以下である、請求項1または2に記載の撮像モジュール。
- 前記ケーブル部が同軸ケーブルを含んでいる、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の撮像モジュール。
