Claims (9)
- シフト位置を切り替えるシフトバイワイヤシステムであって、
周面に前記シフト位置に対応する複数の凹部を有し、回動軸線周りに回動可能に設けられたディテントプレートと、
前記ディテントプレートの前記凹部に係合する係合部を有し、前記係合部を前記ディテントプレートの前記周面側に押圧し、前記係合部が前記凹部を押圧する回動位置で前記ディテントプレートを保持するディテントスプリングと、
回転電機と、
前記回転電機が出力する回転電機トルクを前記ディテントプレートに動力伝達する歯車装置と、
前記回転電機トルクを制御する制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記シフト位置を切り替えるために前記ディテントプレートを回動方向に回動させる前記回転電機トルクを前記回転電機から出力させた後、前記係合部の押圧によって前記ディテントプレートに生じるディテントトルクが前記回動方向とは反対の方向である反回動方向から前記回動方向に反転し、反転した前記ディテントトルクによる前記歯車装置におけるガタ部のガタ詰めが終了するよりも前に、前記回転電機トルクを反転させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とするシフトバイワイヤシステム。 - 前記制御装置は、反転した前記ディテントトルクによる前記ガタ部のガタ詰めが開始される前に、反転した前記回転電機トルクにより前記ガタ部のガタ詰めを終了させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシフトバイワイヤシステム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記ディテントトルクが前記反回動方向から前記回動方向に反転した直後に、前記回転電機トルクを反転させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシフトバイワイヤシステム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記ディテントプレートの回動角度に基づいて前記回転電機トルクを反転させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載のシフトバイワイヤシステム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記ディテントプレートの回動角度を前記回転電機の回転角度から推定する
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシフトバイワイヤシステム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記歯車装置でのガタ詰めが行われる期間のうち前記ガタ詰めが終了する直前において前記回転電機トルクを低減する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1に記載のシフトバイワイヤシステム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記シフト位置の切替制御中における前記回転電機の角速度変化率及び前記回転電機トルクに基づいて前記ディテントトルクを推定し、推定された前記ディテントトルクに基づいて前記回転電機トルクを反転させる制御タイミングを補正する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載のシフトバイワイヤシステム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記ディテントトルクが推定される前記シフト位置の切替制御が終了した後に、前記制御タイミングの補正を実施する
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシフトバイワイヤシステム。 - 前記歯車装置は、多段式歯車対を有し、
前記ガタ部は、前記多段式歯車対のうち前記歯車装置における動力伝達経路上で最も前記回転電機側に位置する歯車対にある
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1に記載のシフトバイワイヤシステム。
