Claims (8)
- 移植用に畳まれた形状から作動拡張形状へ拡張可能で、自然心弁の弁尖機能を再現可能な人工弁尖が設けられた弁部と、
前記弁部を取り囲んで、前記作動拡張形状における前記弁部の拡張を抑制する束縛部と、
接続部材を介して前記弁部を前記束縛部に安定的に接続する接続部と、
を備えた心弁用人工器官であって、
前記束縛部が複数の分割要素(61)を備え、
前記複数の分割要素(61)の各々に、中央部分(61c)と、2つの端部(61a,61b)と、前記2つの端部(61a,61b)をそれぞれ前記中央部分(61c)に連結する連結機構と、が設けられ、
前記連結機構は、前記複数の分割要素(61)を各々、直線形状まで弾性変形可能にするものである、
ことを特徴とする心弁用人工器官。 - 前記連結機構に、前記2つの端部61a,61bを前記中央部分61cに対して一方向に弾性的に屈曲させる一方向性の弾性結合部が備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の心弁用人工器官。
- 前記2つの端部(61a,61b)は前記一方向性の弾性結合部として機能する移行領域(68)を介して前記分割要素(61)の前記中央部分(61c)に接続されることで、
前記中央部分(61c)により定めされる平面と同じ面に前記2つの端部(61a,61b)が一方向性に再配列するが、反対の方向には配列しないようになっており、
前記分割要素(61)が一度、心弁用人工器官の前記弁部(63)に接続されると、前記中央部分(61c)により定められる平面と前記人工器官の長手軸が互いに大きく曲がらないようになっていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の心弁用人工器官。 - 各分割要素(61)における各端部(61a,61b)が、複数のコイル(69)によって前記分割要素(61)の中央部分(61c)に接続され、前記複数のコイル(69)は前記分割要素(61)の管状体(66)の壁面に直接形成され、角状のバネとして機能するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の心弁用人工器官。
- 前記連結機構に各々結合部(68)が備えられ、前記結合部に角度末端停止部が設けられ、前記結合部(68)に隣接した管状体(66)の2区分の面(70a,70b)は角度をつけて切られており、前記分割要素(61)が前記結合部(68)で屈曲した配置において、前記2区分の面(70a,70b)が互いに接触すると同時に前記複数のコイル(69)のうち少なくとも1つのコイル(69)がまとまりを持って閉鎖するようになっていることで、前記分割要素(61)の前記中央部分(61c)に対して、各端部(61a,61b)がさらに屈曲しないように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の心弁用人工器官。
- 前記コイル(69)の形状は、前記コイル(69)の変形が一様に分散されることで材質内の応力が集中しないような形状であることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の心弁用人工器官。
- 前記中央部分(61c)および結合部(68)が網状構造を有することを特徴とする請求項3~6の何れか一項に記載の心弁用人工器官。
- 前記分割要素(61)の前記端部(61a,61b)と前記中央部分(61c)が分離した部品であって、金属材料またはポリマー材料によって構成される追加部品の形態をとる弾性連結部により互いに連結された分離した部品であることを特徴とする請求項3~7の何れか一項に記載の心弁用人工器官。
