Description
束縛部の全部または一部を素材で覆うことが可能で、この素材は動物の心膜など生物由来のもの、PETまたはPTFEなどの人工由来のもの、シリコーン、ポリウレタンなどのポリマー素材、またはこれら2つの組み合わせ、例えば内部が組織薄で覆われたポリマー素材などである。束縛部の素材の外側被覆の存在により、中央支持部と同様、周辺細胞組織による内皮化を促進させ、人工器官が周辺生理環境と一体化する能力を向上させるというさらなる利点を有する。
Claims (14)
- 移植用に畳まれた形状から作動拡張形状へ拡張可能で、自然心弁の弁尖機能を再現可能な人工弁尖が設けられた弁部と、
前記弁部を取り囲んで、前記作動拡張形状における前記弁部の拡張を抑制する束縛部と、
前記弁部が畳まれた形状にある場合に、接続部材を介して前記弁部を前記束縛部に安定的に接続する接続部と、
を備えた心弁用人工器官であって、
前記束縛部は、前記弁部により前記束縛部に加えられる拡張力に対して、前記弁部を取り囲む前記束縛部の周囲方向の長さに関して非伸縮性であり、
前記弁部は前記束縛部よりも大きい寸法を有することができ、
前記束縛部が、前記作動拡張形状にある前記弁部に対して拡張抑制動作を発揮するときに、前記弁部が前記束縛部に前記拡張力を加えることで、前記作動拡張形状において、自然心弁の弁尖が、前記弁部と前記束縛部との間に挟まれたままとなることで、前記心弁用人工器官が留置されるように構成され、
ていることを特徴とする心弁用人工器官。 - 前記弁部が弾性的に拡張可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の心弁用人工器官。
- 前記束縛部が、前記弁部の寸法が前記束縛部より小さな作動拡張形状に、前記弁部の拡張を抑える請求項1または2に記載の心弁用人工器官。
- 前記弁部は、前記人工弁尖をすべて支持する中央支持部が備えられ、
前記接続部の前記接続部材は、前記中央支持部と前記束縛部との間の物理的な接続と構造的な一体性のための可撓部材からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の心弁用人工器官。 - 前記束縛部が、上から見て略環状の二次元または三次元の形状を有する構造体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の心弁用人工器官。
- 前記束縛部は複数の区分を備え、前記複数の区分はそれぞれ、前記束縛部を環状に連続して組立て再構築させる接続手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の心弁用人工器官。
- 前記接続部における一以上の接続部材が前記接続手段として機能するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の心弁用人工器官。
- 前記複数の区分の一部または全部が、前記弁部から一時的に分離可能であることを特徴とする請求項6または7記載の心弁用人工器官。
- 前記束縛部の少なくとも一部が生体或いは人工由来の組織によって、またはポリマー材料を用いて、またはこれらの組み合わせによって被覆されることを特徴とする請求項1~8の何れか1つに記載の心弁用人工器官。
- ロック機構を備え、
前記束縛部が複数の分割要素に分割されて自然房室弁の弁尖裏側に配置可能となり、
前記ロック機構は前記束縛部における一以上の構造体を有し、
前記束縛部における一以上の構造体は、ガイドワイヤを用いて前記弁部における一以上の構造体に安定して接続し整列され得るものであることを特徴とする請求項1~9の何れか一つに記載の心弁用人工器官。 - 前記ガイドワイヤが前記束縛部における一以上の構造体にそれぞれ接続されると共に、前記弁部における一以上の構造体にそれぞれ接続されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の心弁用人工器官。
- 前記束縛部における一以上の構造体および前記弁部における一以上の構造体に、前記ガイドワイヤを通過させるために適する中空構造体が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項11記載の心弁用人工器官。
- 前記弁部の周囲に中空構造体が設けられ、前記弁部の周囲の中空構造体は、一以上のガイドワイヤの通過に適合するだけでなく、前記束縛部に存在する中空構造体と機械接続を行うのに適合する寸法を有するものであることを特徴とする請求項10~12の何れか一つに記載の人工器官。
- 前記束縛部の各分割要素に連結機構が設けられ、前記連結機構は、前記各分割要素を直線形状まで弾性変形可能にするものであることを特徴とする請求項10~13の何れか一つに記載の人工器官。
