Claims (4)
- 互いに独立した複数相のオープン巻線を有する回転電機を駆動制御する回転電機制御システムであって、
前記オープン巻線の一端側に接続された第1インバータと、
前記オープン巻線の他端側に接続された第2インバータと、
前記第1インバータが接続された第1直流電源と、
前記第2インバータが接続された第2直流電源と、
前記第1直流電源に並列接続された第1平滑コンデンサと、
前記第2直流電源に並列接続された第2平滑コンデンサと、
前記第1インバータ及び前記第2インバータのそれぞれを、互いに独立して制御可能な制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記第1直流電源を流れる電流の波高値である第1波高値と、前記第2直流電源を流れる電流の波高値である第2波高値との差分が、予め規定された判定しきい値以上であって、前記第1波高値が前記第2波高値よりも大きい場合には前記第1平滑コンデンサが開放故障であると判定し、前記第1波高値と前記第2波高値との差分が前記判定しきい値以上であって、前記第2波高値が前記第1波高値よりも大きい場合には前記第2平滑コンデンサが開放故障であると判定する、回転電機制御システム。 - 前記回転電機は、車両に搭載されて当該車両の車輪を駆動する駆動力源であり、
前記制御部は、前記第1平滑コンデンサ又は前記第2平滑コンデンサが開放故障であると判定した場合、前記回転電機の出力可能なトルク及び回転速度を規定範囲内に制限すると共に、前記車両の運転者に対して警告を報知する、請求項1に記載の回転電機制御システム。 - 前記第1直流電源と前記第1平滑コンデンサ及び前記第1インバータとの電気的接続を断接する第1コンタクタと、前記第2直流電源と前記第2平滑コンデンサ及び前記第2インバータとの電気的接続を断接する第2コンタクタと、を備え、
前記第1コンタクタは、前記第1直流電源を流れる電流が予め規定された過電流しきい値以上である場合に開放され、
前記第2コンタクタは、前記第2直流電源を流れる電流が前記過電流しきい値以上である場合に開放され、
前記制御部は、前記第1平滑コンデンサの両端電圧が予め規定された短絡時電圧以下であり、且つ、前記第1直流電源を流れる電流が予め規定された短絡時電流以下である場合に、前記第1平滑コンデンサが短絡故障であると判定し、前記第2平滑コンデンサの両端電圧が前記短絡時電圧以下であり、且つ、前記第2直流電源を流れる電流が前記短絡時電流以下である場合に、前記第2平滑コンデンサが短絡故障であると判定する、請求項1又は2に記載の回転電機制御システム。 - 前記第1インバータ及び前記第2インバータは、それぞれ交流1相分のアームが上段側スイッチング素子と下段側スイッチング素子との直列回路により構成され、
前記制御部は、前記第1インバータ及び前記第2インバータをそれぞれ、全ての前記上段側スイッチング素子をオフ状態とし全ての前記下段側スイッチング素子をオン状態とする、又は、全ての前記上段側スイッチング素子をオン状態とし全ての前記下段側スイッチング素子をオフ状態とするアクティブショートサーキット制御、及び、全ての前記上段側スイッチング素子及び全ての前記下段側スイッチング素子をオフ状態とするシャットダウン制御、により制御可能であり、
前記制御部は、前記第1平滑コンデンサ又は前記第2平滑コンデンサが短絡故障であると判定した場合に、前記回転電機の回転速度が予め規定された速度しきい値以上の状態では、前記第1インバータ及び前記第2インバータの双方を前記シャットダウン制御により制御し、
前記回転電機の回転速度が前記速度しきい値未満の状態では、前記第1インバータ及び前記第2インバータのうち、正常な平滑コンデンサが接続された方のインバータをパルス幅変調制御により制御し、前記短絡故障である平滑コンデンサが接続された方の前記インバータを前記アクティブショートサーキット制御により制御する、請求項3に記載の回転電機制御システム。
