Claims (11)
- 伸縮性のある柔軟基材と、
前記柔軟基材に沿って設けられ前記柔軟基材の伸縮変形とともに伸縮変形可能な伸縮配線と 、
前記柔軟基材よりも硬質な硬質部材とを備える伸縮配線部材であって、
前記柔軟基材は、前記硬質部材と前記伸縮配線との間に介在する延長積層部を有しており、
前記硬質部材の外縁からその外側に延びる前記伸縮配線が前記硬質部材を中心として前記伸縮配線部材の両端に有する接点部材に向けて反対方向に延びる2方向の伸縮配線である伸縮配線部材。 - 伸縮性のある柔軟基材と、
前記柔軟基材に沿って設けられ前記柔軟基材の伸縮変形とともに伸縮変形可能な伸縮配線と 、
前記柔軟基材よりも硬質な硬質部材とを備える伸縮配線部材であって、
前記伸縮配線は、熱硬化性ゴム又は熱可塑性エラストマに導電性フィラーを分散させた柔軟導電性樹脂の印刷体として形成されているものであり、
前記柔軟基材は、前記硬質部材と前記伸縮配線との間に介在する延長積層部を有しており、
前記延長積層部は、前記柔軟基材の一部が前記伸縮配線に沿って前記硬質部材側に突出する突出部分であり、
前記柔軟基材は、前記延長積層部を含めて前記硬質部材と一体成形されており、前記硬質部材と一体成形されている前記柔軟基材の表面に前記伸縮配線が積層配置されており、
前記硬質部材が絶縁性部材である伸縮配線部材。 - 前記硬質部材が、前記伸縮配線との間に前記延長積層部が配置される凹部を有する
請求項1又は請求項2記載の伸縮配線部材。 - 前記硬質部材が導電性部材である
請求項1記載の伸縮配線部材。 - 前記硬質部材が電極部である
請求項1記載の伸縮配線部材。 - 前記硬質部材と前記伸縮配線とが導通接続している
請求項1記載の伸縮配線部材。 - 前記硬質部材が、少なくとも熱硬化性ゴム又は熱可塑性エラストマの何れかに導電性フィラーを分散した導電ゴムからなる
請求項1記載の伸縮配線部材。 - 前記伸縮配線と前記硬質部材とが前記柔軟基材の厚み方向で離間しており、前記伸縮配線と前記硬質部材とを隔てる隔離部を備える
請求項1~請求項5何れか1項記載の伸縮配線部材。 - 前記硬質部材が絶縁性部材である
請求項1記載の伸縮配線部材。 - 前記延長積層部は、平面視で前記硬質部材の中心側よりも外側の厚みを厚く形成した部位を有する
請求項1~請求項9何れか1項記載の伸縮配線部材。 - 前記柔軟基材と前記伸縮配線とは、熱硬化性ゴム又は熱可塑性エラストマを含む請求項1~請求項10何れか1項記載の伸縮配線部材。
