Claims (2)
- 軸線に沿って延び、先端が閉じた有底筒状の絶縁体と、
前記絶縁体の先端部に自身の先端が内包される中心電極と、
前記絶縁体を内側に保持する筒状の主体金具と、
前記主体金具の先端側において、前記先端部を先端側から覆うと共に第1の貫通孔が形
成されたキャップ部と、を備える点火プラグであって、
前記キャップ部または前記主体金具には、前記キャップ部または前記主体金具の厚さ方
向に貫通する第2の貫通孔が形成され、
端部が前記第2の貫通孔に保持されると共に、前記端部から前記先端部の側へ突出して
前記先端部の側面との間に放電ギャップを形成し、前記先端部の先端よりも後端側に配置された接地電極を備えている点火プラグ。 - 前記接地電極は、前記軸線の周りを囲む環状の中央部と、前記中央部と前記端部とを接
続する接続部と、を備えている請求項1記載の点火プラグ。
