Claims (5)
- 原動力および複数の油圧アクチュエータと、前記原動力と駆動中係合する回転軸を有し、前記回転軸の回転によって周期的に変化する体積を有する複数の作業チャンバを備える油圧機械と、前記油圧機械の1つまたは複数の作業チャンバのグループと前記油圧アクチュエータのうちの1つまたは複数との間に伸長する油圧回路とを備える装置であって、
前記油圧機械の各作業チャンバは、前記作業チャンバと低圧マニホールドとの間で作動油の流れを調整する低圧弁と、前記作業チャンバと高圧マニホールドとの間で前記作動油の流れを調整する高圧弁とを備え、
前記油圧機械は、デマンド信号に応答して、作業チャンバ体積の各サイクルにおける各作業チャンバによる作動油の正味変位を選択することによって前記1つまたは複数の作業チャンバのグループによる前記作動油の正味変位を選択するために前記1つまたは複数の作業チャンバのグループの少なくとも前記低圧弁を能動的に制御するように構成され、前記装置は、前記油圧回路または1つまたは複数のアクチュエータの測定された特性に応じて前記デマンド信号を計算するように構成されたコントローラを備え、前記コントローラは、油圧機械トルク制限を実現するために前記デマンド信号を選択的に調整するように構成され、前記油圧機械トルク制限は、原動力速度誤差に対する依存して計算され、
前記コントローラは、低速度において前記油圧機械トルク制限を低減し、高速度において前記油圧機械トルク制限を増加させるように構成され、
前記1つまたは複数の油圧アクチュエータの第1のアクチュエータの前記油圧機械のトルクデマンドは、制限および低く優先順位付けされており、よって前記合計の油圧機械のトルクは、前記第1のアクチュエータに供給して使用可能なものよりも第2のアクチュエータに供給して使用可能なものがより多くなるように分割される、装置。 - 前記原動力速度誤差は、原動力速度の測定値と原動力速度設定値とを比較することによって決定され、および/または、前記原動力は、前記原動力をオペレータ入力に応答して決定された目標速度に調整する原動力ガバナを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記目標速度は、データベース内で定義されたトルク制限に応答して決定され、および/または、前記コントローラは、油圧機械変位信号を処理し、トルク制限関数および前記原動力速度誤差を考慮に入れて、トルク制限を超えることを回避するために選択的に制限された油圧機械変位信号を出力するように構成される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の装置。
- 装置を動作させる方法であって、前記装置は、原動力および複数の油圧アクチュエータと、前記原動力と駆動中係合する回転軸を有し、前記回転軸の回転によって周期的に変化する体積を有する複数の作業チャンバを備える油圧機械と、前記油圧機械の1つまたは複数の作業チャンバのグループと前記油圧アクチュエータのうちの1つまたは複数との間に伸長する油圧回路とを備え、
前記油圧機械の各作業チャンバは、前記作業チャンバと低圧マニホールドとの間で作動油の流れを調整する低圧弁と、前記作業チャンバと高圧マニホールドとの間で前記作動油の流れを調整する高圧弁とを備え、
前記油圧機械は、デマンド信号に応答して、作業チャンバ体積の各サイクルにおける各作業チャンバによる前記作動油の正味変位を選択することによって前記1つまたは複数の作業チャンバのグループによる前記作動油の正味変位を選択するために前記1つまたは複数の作業チャンバのグループの少なくとも前記低圧弁を能動的に制御するように構成され、
前記方法は、前記油圧回路または1つまたは複数のアクチュエータの測定された特性に応答して前記デマンド信号を計算することによって特徴付けられ、前記方法は、油圧機械トルク制限を実現するために前記デマンド信号を選択的に調整することを備え、前記油圧機械トルク制限は、原動力速度誤差に依存して計算され、
前記方法は、低速度において前記油圧機械トルク制限を低減し、高速度において前記油圧機械トルク制限を増加させ、
前記1つまたは複数の油圧アクチュエータの第1のアクチュエータの前記油圧機械のトルクデマンドは、制限および低く優先順位付けされており、よって前記合計の油圧機械のトルクは、前記第1のアクチュエータに供給して使用可能なものよりも第2のアクチュエータに供給して使用可能なものがより多くなるように分割される、方法。 - 前記方法は、入力油圧機械変位信号を受信し、トルク制限関数および原動力速度誤差を考慮に入れて、トルク制限を超えることを回避するために選択的に制限された出力油圧機械変位信号を出力することを備える、請求項4に記載の方法。
