Description
本開示の一形態によれば、車体に搭載されるタンク装置が提供される。このタンク装置は、タンクと、前記タンクを車体に固定する固定装置とを備え、前記タンクは、口金と、前記口金の開口部に固定される、前記タンクの内部を外部に連通する流路を形成する流路部材とを備え、前記固定装置は、前記開口部の端部と前記流路部材とに挟持される一端部と、前記車体の固定部に固定される他端部と、前記一端部を有する第1部材と、前記第1部材に連結され、前記他端部を有する第2部材と、を備え、前記第1部材は、前記一端部とは異なる部位に第1接合部を有する口金側部材と、前記第1接合部と対向する第2接合部としての一端と、前記第2部材に連結される他端と、を有する車体側部材と、前記第1接合部と前記第2接合部との間に位置し、前記第1接合部と前記第2接合部とを接続する弾性体と、を備える。
(2)上記形態のタンク装置において、前記固定装置は、前記一端部を有する第1部材と、前記第1部材に連結され、前記他端部を有する第2部材と、を備えていてもよい。車両における車体側固定部の位置および形状は、車種ごとに異なる場合が多い。この形態によれば、第1部材は車種によらず共通の形状として、第2部材は車種毎の形状とすることにより、種々の車種に対応することができる。
(3)上記形態のタンク装置において、前記第1部材は、前記一端部とは異なる部位に第1接合部を有する口金側部材と、前記第1接合部と対向する第2接合部としての一端と、前記第2部材に連結される他端と、を有する車体側部材と、前記第1接合部と前記第2接合部との間に位置し、前記第1接合部と前記第2接合部とを接続する弾性体と、を備える。この形態によれば、バルブが発生する振動を弾性体により吸収することができるため、固定装置を介した車体への振動伝達を抑制することができる。
(4)上記形態のタンク装置において、前記第1接合部は、さらに、前記タンクの軸方向に沿って延びる第1中間部と、前記第1中間部から、前記軸方向と交差する方向であって前記口金から離れる方向に延びる第2中間部と、を有し、前記第2接合部は、さらに、前記第1中間部と対向する第1対向部と、前記第2中間部と対向する第2対向部と、有し、前記弾性体は、前記第1中間部と前記第1対向部とを接続する第1接続部と、前記第2中間部と前記第2対向部とを接続する第2接続部と、を有してもよい。この形態によれば、タンクが軸方向に伸縮する際に弾性体に加えられる応力を、第1接続部と、第2接続部とに分散することができる。さらに、タンクが軸方向に伸縮する際、第2接続部にはせん断応力ではなく、圧縮応力または引張応力がかかる。弾性体はせん断応力により劣化し易い傾向があるため、圧縮応力または引張応力がかかる構成とすることにより、弾性体の劣化を抑制することができる。
(5)上記形態のタンク装置において、前記第1中間部は、前記口金から離隔していてもよい。この形態によれば、第1部材を口金と干渉せずに取り付けることができる。
本開示は、固定用ブラケット以外の形態で実現することも可能である。例えば、タンクの車体への取り付け方法で実現することができる。
図1は、車両200の車体201に搭載されるタンク装置300を示す概略図である。タンク装置300は、タンク10と、タンク10を車体201に固定する固定装置30とを備える。タンク10は、車両200に搭載された燃料電池の発電に用いられる燃料ガスを貯留する。本実施形態では、車両200は、燃料電池車両であり、燃料ガスは、水素ガスである。なお、車両200は燃料電池車両に限らず、燃料ガスは、水素ガスに限らず、LPガス等のガスでもよい。以下の説明において、互いに直交するX方向、Y方向およびZ方向を用いる。また、向きを特定する場合には、正の方向を「+」、負の方向を「-」として、方向表記に正負の符号を併用する。X方向は、タンク10の中心軸AX方向であり、口金12(後述)へ向かう方向が+X方向である。
図4は、第2実施形態に係る固定装置130の断面図であり、中心軸AXを通り、Z方向に沿う面を切断面とする断面図である。なお、便宜上、バルブ20の断面については、省略して示す。図5は、X方向から視た固定装置30の平面図である。第2実施形態の固定装置130と第1実施形態の固定装置30との主な相違点は、第1部材131が複数の部材によって構成されている点である。第2実施形態において、第1実施形態と同様の構成については同一符号を付すと共に適宜説明を省略する。
第3実施形態に係る固定装置230について説明する。図6は、タンク10に取り付けられた状態の固定装置230の断面図であり、中心軸AXを通り、+Z方向に沿う面を切断面とする断面図である。図7は、-X方向から視た車体側部材233の平面図である。第3実施形態の固定装置230と第2実施形態の固定装置130との主な相違点は、車体側部材233の形状である。
第4実施形態に係る固定装置330について説明する。図8は、固定装置330の斜視図である。図9は、タンク10に取り付けられた状態の固定装置330の断面図であり、中心軸AXを通り、+Z方向に沿う面を切断面とする断面図である。第4実施形態の固定装置330と第3実施形態の固定装置230との主な相違点は、第2部材334の形状である。
(E1)図10は、本実施形態に係る固定装置430の断面図であり、中心軸AXを通り、Z方向に沿う面を切断面とする断面図である。第1実施形態に係る固定装置30では、第1部材31は、第1部材円筒部31bを有する。これに対して、本実施形態に係る固定装置430は、第1部材円筒部31bを有さない。具体的には、Y方向から視た第1部材431の形状は、一端部430aから第1部材締結部431aへ向かって、屈曲せず直線形状である。板状とすることにより、製造コストを削減することができる。

- 車体に搭載されるタンク装置であって、
タンクと、前記タンクを車体に固定する固定装置とを備え、
前記タンクは、口金と、前記口金の開口部に固定される、前記タンクの内部を外部に連通する流路を形成する流路部材とを備え、
前記固定装置は、
前記開口部の端部と前記流路部材とに挟持される一端部と、
前記車体の固定部に固定される他端部と、
前記一端部を有する第1部材と、
前記第1部材に連結され、前記他端部を有する第2部材と、を備え、
前記第1部材は、
前記一端部とは異なる部位に第1接合部を有する口金側部材と、
前記第1接合部と対向する第2接合部としての一端と、前記第2部材に連結される他端と、を有する車体側部材と、
前記第1接合部と前記第2接合部との間に位置し、前記第1接合部と前記第2接合部とを接続する弾性体と、を備える、タンク装置。 - 請求項1に記載のタンク装置であって、
前記第1接合部は、さらに、前記タンクの軸方向に沿って延びる第1中間部と、前記第1中間部から、前記軸方向と交差する方向であって前記口金から離れる方向に延びる第2中間部と、を有し、
前記第2接合部は、さらに、前記第1中間部と対向する第1対向部と、前記第2中間部と対向する第2対向部と、有し、
前記弾性体は、前記第1中間部と前記第1対向部とを接続する第1接続部と、前記第2中間部と前記第2対向部とを接続する第2接続部と、を有する、タンク装置。 - 請求項2に記載のタンク装置であって、
前記第1中間部は、前記口金から離隔しているタンク装置。
