Description
内部を熱媒体が流通し、内周面に複数の溝部が形成された第1の伝熱管と、
一端を前記第1の伝熱管の一端と接続されて1つの熱媒体流路を形成し、前記第1の伝熱管よりも管径が小さく、単位長さあたりの圧力損失が前記第1の伝熱管より小さくなる内面形状を備えた第2の伝熱管と、で構成される。
図1は、実施の形態1に係る熱交換器を含む空気調和機の一例を示す冷媒回路図である。冷媒の流れ方向についても実線及び破線で示している。図1において、100は空気調和機であり、室外ユニット1と室内ユニット2がガス管3、液管4で接続されて1つの冷媒回路を形成している。この冷媒回路にはそれぞれ沸点が異なる2種類以上の冷媒からなる混合冷媒が封入されている。
図8は、実施の形態2に係る室外熱交換器6の1つの冷媒流路部分を抜き出した別の一例の側面図である。室外熱交換器6の上部に伝熱管31~36を配置して第1熱交換部が形成され、また、伝熱管37,38が室外熱交換器6の下部に配置されて第2熱交換部を形成している。図8に示すように、第1熱交換部と第2熱交換部それぞれのフィン11は分割されているので、第1熱交換部と第2熱交換部は伝熱管の間隔およびフィン11の間隔を独立に調整可能である。
図9は実施の形態1又は2に係る熱交換器を搭載した空気調和機の一例を示す外観図である。空気調和機100は、室外ユニット1と、室内ユニット2がガス管3及び液管4によって接続されて構成されている。室外ユニット1が収納する室外熱交換器6と、室内ユニット2が収納する室内熱交換器8は、図示はしないが双方とも実施の形態1又は2に示す熱交換器が使用されている。
Claims (6)
- 内部を熱媒体が流通し、内周面に複数の溝部が形成された第1の伝熱管と、
一端を前記第1の伝熱管の一端と接続されて1つの熱媒体流路を形成し、前記第1の伝熱管よりも管径が小さく、単位長さあたりの圧力損失が前記第1の伝熱管より小さくなる内面形状を備えた平滑管である第2の伝熱管と、
で構成される熱交換器であって、
前記熱交換器を蒸発器として作用させるときに前記第2の伝熱管の他端を前記熱媒体入口とし、
前記熱交換器を凝縮器として作用させるときに前記第1の伝熱管の他端を前記熱媒体入口とする、熱交換器。 - 前記第1の伝熱管の長さは、前記第2の伝熱管の長さより長い、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記熱媒体は、非共沸混合冷媒である請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第2の伝熱管の長さは、前記熱媒体流路の長さの25%以下である請求項3に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1の伝熱管により形成される第1の熱交換部と、前記第2の伝熱管により形成される第2の熱交換部が分割されてなる請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載の熱交換器を、室外側あるいは室内側に用いた空気調和機。
