Description
Claims (7)
- 車両に搭載され、電装品を冷却する空気が流通し、所定の延伸方向に延伸する流路を形成する流路形成部材を備える空気流通装置であって、
前記流路形成部材は、
前記延伸方向の一方側に連通する第1開口部と、
前記延伸方向と交差する交差方向の一方側に開口する第2開口部と、
前記第2開口部に対して前記交差方向の他方側に対向する対向部と、
前記対向部に設けられ、前記延伸方向の一方側から他方側に近づくに連れて前記交差方向で前記第2開口部側へ近づくように前記流路の幅を狭める複数の対向傾斜部と、を有し、
複数の前記対向傾斜部は、前記延伸方向に並んで配置され、
前記流路形成部材は、前記対向傾斜部の前記交差方向の一方側の一端部と、前記対向傾斜部に前記延伸方向の他方側に隣り合う前記対向傾斜部の前記延伸方向の他端部と、を接続する接続部を有し、
前記接続部は、前記延伸方向の一方側から他方側に近づくに連れて前記交差方向の一方側から他方側へ徐々に前記流路の幅を広げることを特徴とする空気流通装置。 - 車両に搭載され、電装品を冷却する空気が流通し、所定の延伸方向に延伸する流路を形成する流路形成部材を備える空気流通装置であって、
前記流路形成部材は、
前記延伸方向の一方側に連通する第1開口部と、
前記延伸方向と交差する交差方向の一方側に開口する第2開口部と、
前記第2開口部に対して前記交差方向の他方側に対向する対向部と、
前記対向部に設けられ、前記延伸方向の一方側から他方側に近づくに連れて前記交差方向で前記第2開口部側へ近づくように前記流路の幅を狭める複数の対向傾斜部と、を有し、
複数の前記対向傾斜部は、前記延伸方向に並んで配置され、
前記対向傾斜部の前記交差方向の一方側の一端部は、前記延伸方向の一方側に隣接する他の一端部よりも、前記交差方向の一方側に配置され、
前記第2開口部は、前記延伸方向に複数並んで設けられており、
前記対向傾斜部の傾斜面を仮想的に延長した仮想延長線上に前記第2開口部が配置されていることを特徴とする空気流通装置。 - 複数の前記第2開口部は、前記延伸方向に間隔を隔ててそれぞれ配置されており、
前記対向傾斜部は、前記仮想延長線上に配置される前記第2開口部よりも前記延伸方向の一方側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空気流通装置。 - 車両に搭載され、電装品を冷却する空気が流通し、所定の延伸方向に延伸する流路を形成する流路形成部材を備える空気流通装置であって、
前記流路形成部材は、
前記延伸方向の一方側に連通する第1開口部と、
前記延伸方向と交差する交差方向の一方側に開口する第2開口部と、
前記延伸方向の一方側から他方側に近づくに連れて前記交差方向で前記第2開口部側へ近づくように前記流路の幅を狭める複数の傾斜部と、を有し、
複数の前記傾斜部は、前記交差方向で前記第2開口部に近づくに連れて前記延伸方向および前記交差方向に直交する直交方向で前記第2開口部に近づくように前記流路の幅を徐々に狭める第1傾斜部を有することを特徴とする空気流通装置。 - 前記第1傾斜部は、
前記延伸方向の一方側に位置する第1傾斜面と、
前記第1傾斜面よりも前記延伸方向の他方側に位置し前記第1傾斜面よりも前記直交方向に対する傾斜度合の小さい第2傾斜面と、を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空気流通装置。 - 前記第2傾斜面は、前記第1傾斜面よりも前記延伸方向の寸法が長く、かつ、前記延伸方向で他方側に近づくに連れて前記交差方向における前記流路の幅が小さくなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の空気流通装置。
- 複数の前記傾斜部は、前記第1傾斜部よりも前記延伸方向の他方側かつ前記交差方向の前記第2開口部よりも他方側に第2傾斜部を有し、
第2傾斜部は、前記延伸方向および前記直交方向に対する傾斜度合が前記第1傾斜部よりも小さく設定されていることを特徴とする請求項4から請求項6の何れか1項に記載の空気流通装置。
