Description
本発明は、更に前記ガラス層は、表面粗さが、Ra=0.6以上で、且つ2以下(即ち、0.6~2)である構成が好ましい。本発明は、特に、表面粗さRaの下限値を0.6にするものであり、この構成により、本出願人が既に作製している表面粗さRaが0.55のもの(図9の電解研磨品参照)に比べて、電解研磨処理時間を短くすることができるとともに、電解研磨処理液の使用量を低減することができる。その結果、生産コストが低減する。
ところで、ガラス層の表面粗さRaが0.6以上で、且つ2以下との状態は、ガラス層の表面に微細な凹凸が多数存在する状態であり、汚れ成分は、微細な凸部の頂点に付着するようになる。そのため、汚れ成分は、小水量の水洗いまたは軽いブラッシングで、容易に除去できるようになる。なお、上限値については、表面粗さRaが所定以上になると、汚れ成分が凸部の頂部のみではなく、谷部にも付着するようになり、防汚性が低下すると思われること、また、容器の表面粗さRaが2程度のものが存在することを踏まえると2が好ましい。

Claims (5)
- 上方が開口する有底筒状の容器であって、
前記容器は、表面に、膜厚が10μm以下のガラス層を有し、前記ガラス層は、表面粗さが、Ra=0.6以上で、且つ2以下であることを特徴とする容器。 - 前記ガラス層は、親水性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記ガラス層は、少なくとも前記容器の内面と外面の上部とに設けることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の容器。
- 前記容器と前記ガラス層との間に熱伝導が前記容器の基材より低い断熱層を設けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記断熱層は、有色であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の容器。
