Abstract
Description
・ 触媒エナメルと、通常のエナメルおよび熱分解エナメルの少なくとも1つとを混合することによってエナメル被覆物材料を調製する段階; および
・ 金属表面の少なくとも予め規定された部分に、該エナメル被覆物材料を適用することによってエナメル被覆物を製造する段階
を含む。
エナメル被覆材料を調製するための段階は、5〜50容積パーセントの触媒エナメルの少なくとも1つと、50〜95容積パーセントの通常のエナメルおよび熱分解エナメルの少なくとも1つとを添加する段階を含むことができる。

Claims (15)
- 物品(3)の金属表面(5)を被覆するためのエナメル被覆物(7)であって、該エナメル被覆物(7)が、触媒エナメルと、通常のエナメルおよび熱分解法エナメルの少なくとも1つとの混合物を含む、エナメル被覆物(7)。
- 触媒エナメルと、通常のエナメルおよび熱分解エナメルの少なくとも1つとのパーセンテージが、エナメル被覆物(7)の表面粗さが2〜8μm、好ましくは2〜5μm、好ましくは2〜3μmの範囲であるように選択される、請求項1に記載のエナメル被覆物(7)。
- 混合物が、5〜50容積パーセントの触媒エナメルの少なくとも1つと、50〜95容積%の通常のエナメルまたは熱分解法エナメルの少なくとも1つとを含む、請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載のエナメル被覆物(7)。
- 10〜50μmの層厚を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のエナメル被覆物(7)。
- 金属表面(5)を含む物品(3)であって、該金属表面(5)が請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のエナメル被覆物(7)で少なくとも部分的に被覆されている、物品(3)。
- 金属表面(5)が、物品(3)のシートの一部またはシート状部品(6)の一部であり、該金属シートおよび金属シート状部品(6)がそれぞれ、好ましくは最大厚さ2mmを有する、請求項5に記載の物品(3)。
- エナメル被覆物(7)の外表面が、さらなる被覆物、好ましくはセラミック被覆物(8)、好ましくはナノ構造化セラミック被覆物で被覆される、請求項5および6のいずれか1項に記載の物品(3)。
- 物品(3)が、調理器具および/またはベーキング器具、好ましくは家庭用調理器具および/またはベーキング器具、ベーキングトレイ、ベーキングオーブンのマッフル、好ましくは家庭用ベーキングオーブンのマッフルを含む群から選択される、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項に記載の物品(3)。
- 物品(3)の金属表面(5)を少なくとも部分的に被覆する方法であって、以下の段階
・ 触媒エナメルと、通常エナメルおよび熱分解エナメルの少なくとも1つとを混合することによってエナメル被覆物材料を調製する段階; および
・ 該エナメル被覆物材料を、金属表面(5)の少なくとも予め規定された部分(6)に適用することによって、エナメル被覆物(7)を製造する段階
を含む方法。 - エナメル被覆材料を調製する段階が、5〜50容積パーセントの触媒エナメルの少なくとも1つと、50〜95容積パーセントの通常のエナメルおよび熱分解エナメルの少なくとも1つとを添加する段階を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 触媒エナメルと、通常のエナメルおよび熱分解エナメルの少なくとも1つとのパーセンテージを、エナメル被覆物(7)の表面粗さが2〜8μm、好ましくは2〜5μm、好ましくは2〜3μmの範囲であるように選択する、請求項9または10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- エナメル被覆物材料を、得られるエナメル被覆物(7)の厚さが10〜50μmの範囲であるように適用する、請求項9から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- エナメル被覆物(7)を、850℃までの温度、好ましくは800〜850℃の範囲の温度で焼成する、請求9から12までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- セラミック被覆物(8)、好ましくはナノ構造化セラミック被覆物を、エナメル被覆物(7)に適用し、該セラミック被覆物(8)を好ましくは200〜300℃の範囲の温度で焼成するさらなる段階を含み、セラミック被覆物(8)を適用する段階が、好ましくは溶射、特にプラズマ溶射、および高速酸素燃料溶射を含む群から選択される、請求項9から13までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- セラミック被覆物(8)、好ましくはナノ構造化セラミック被覆物を、エナメル被覆物(7)に適用し、該セラミック被覆物(8)を好ましくは180〜340℃の範囲の温度で焼成するさらなる段階を含み、該セラミック被覆物(8)はスラリー噴霧技術によって適用される、請求項9から13までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
