Claims (12)
- 電気車両又はハイブリッド車両において高圧配電するための配電アセンブリ(10)であって、箱筐体(22)を具備する接続箱(20)を備えている前記配電アセンブリ(10)において、
前記箱筐体(22)が、電気コネクタ(100)を受容するように構成されているプラグ部分(30)を備えており、前記電気コネクタ(100)が、複数のキャビティ(110)を具備するコネクタ筐体(102)を有しており、前記キャビティ(110)それぞれが、端子(150)を受容且つ保持するように構成されており、
前記プラグ部分(30)が、嵌合軸線(M)に沿って前記箱筐体(22)の外方に向かって突出している複数の第1の阻止手段を備えており、
複数の前記キャビティ(110)それぞれが、前記嵌合軸線(M)に沿って延在している第2の阻止手段を前記キャビティ(110)に沿って備えており、
前記第1の阻止手段それぞれが、対応する前記キャビティが空である場合に、阻止位置(B)において対応する前記第2の阻止手段を阻止し、これにより前記コネクタ筐体(102)が前記嵌合軸線(M)に沿って前記箱筐体(22)に向かって移動することを防止し、
前記配電アセンブリが、外部位置から挿入位置に移動可能とされる少なくとも1つの端子(150)を備えており、
前記キャビティ(110)に挿入された前記端子(150)それぞれが、阻止を解除するために対応する前記第1の阻止手段又は対応する前記第2の阻止手段を再配置させ、これにより前記コネクタ筐体(102)が、前記嵌合軸線(M)に沿って前記箱筐体(22)に向かって移動することができ、
前記コネクタ筐体(102)のすべての前記キャビティ(110)に意図される前記端子(150)が正確に装着されることによって、前記端子(150)それぞれが対応する第1の阻止手段又は第2の阻止手段を変位させる場合に限り、前記コネクタ筐体(102)が、完全嵌合位置(V)に至るまで前記箱筐体(22)に向かって移動可能となる、配電アセンブリ(10)。 - 前記第1の阻止手段が、高剛性ランス(32)を備えており、
前記第2の阻止手段が、可撓性アーム(120)を備えており、
前記可撓性アーム(120)が、前記嵌合軸線(M)に対して垂直とされる方向において可撓性を有している、請求項1に記載の配電アセンブリ(10)。 - 前記高剛性ランス(32)が、ランス端部(34)を有しており、
前記可撓性アーム(120)が、アーム端部(124)を有しており、
前記ランス端部(34)と前記アーム端部(124)とが、互いを阻止するように構成されており、これにより前記阻止位置(B)において互いに向かって移動することが防止される、請求項2に記載の配電アセンブリ(10)。 - 前記アーム端部(124)が、前記キャビティ(110)の内部に向かって突出している解除突起(126)を有しており、
前記端子(150)が、端子解除面(156)を備えており、
前記端子解除面(156)が、前記端子が前記キャビティ(110)の内部に受容された場合に前記解除突起(126)に抗して付勢することによって前記アーム端部(124)を変位させ、
前記アーム端部(124)が、前記嵌合軸線(M)に沿った移動が可能とされる非阻止位置(U)に位置決めされる、請求項3に記載の配電アセンブリ(10)。 - 前記第1の阻止手段が、可撓性筐体ランス(40)を備えており、
前記第2の阻止手段が、前記キャビティ(110)の内部において前記嵌合軸線(M)に対して垂直に突出している高剛性キャビティ突起(140)を備えており、
前記可撓性筐体ランス(40)が、前記嵌合軸線(M)に対して垂直とされる方向において可撓性を有している、請求項1に記載の配電アセンブリ(10)。 - 前記可撓性筐体ランス(40)が、筐体ランス端部(44)を有しており、
前記高剛性キャビティ突起(140)が、阻止縁部(144)を有しており、
前記筐体ランス端部(44)と前記阻止縁部(144)とが、互いを阻止するように構成されており、これにより前記阻止位置(B)において互いに向かって移動することが防止される、請求項5に記載の配電アセンブリ(10)。 - 前記筐体ランス端部(44)は、前記端子(150)に向かって前記嵌合軸線(M)に対して垂直に突出している筐体ランス解除突起(46)を有しており、
前記端子が、端子解除面(156)を備えており、
前記端子解除面(156)が、前記端子が前記キャビティ(110)の内部に受容された場合に前記筐体ランス解除突起(46)に抗して付勢することによって前記筐体ランス端部(44)を変位させ、
前記筐体ランス端部(44)が、前記嵌合軸線(M)に沿った移動が可能とされる非阻止位置(U)に位置決めされる、請求項6に記載の配電アセンブリ(10)。 - 前記接続箱(20)が、第1の最終ロック手段としての前記第1の阻止手段を備えており、
前記電気コネクタ(100)が、第2の最終ロック手段としての前記第2の阻止手段を備えており、
前記接続箱(20)と前記電気コネクタ(100)とが完全嵌合位置(V)に到達した場合に、前記第1の最終ロック手段と前記第2の最終ロック手段とが、前記接続箱(20)及び前記電気コネクタ(100)を共に分離不能な状態に保持する、請求項1に記載の配電アセンブリ(10)。 - 前記接続箱(20)が、複数のプラグ部分(30)を備えており、
複数の前記プラグ部分(30)が、バスバー(160)を介して電気的に相互接続されている、請求項8に記載の配電アセンブリ(10)。 - 約400ボルトの電圧を利用する高電圧用途向けに設計されている、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の配電アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記コネクタ筐体(102)が、前記プラグ部分(30)に向かって延在している案内突起(170)を備えており、
前記箱筐体(22)が、完全嵌合位置(V)において前記案内突起(170)を受容するように構成されている案内開口部(70)を備えている、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の配電アセンブリ(10)。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の配電アセンブリ(10)を備えている電線ハーネスであって、前記端子(150)に取り付けられている電線(200)を備えている、電線ハーネス。
