Description
図1は、循環用のポートを備える給湯装置100の一例を示す図である。給湯装置100は、バイパスサーボ101と、流量検出器102および108と、温度検出器103および105と、熱交換器104と、水量サーボ106と、循環ポンプ107と、ポート111,112および113と、コントローラー150とを備える。
図3は、コントローラー250の構成の一例を示す図である。コントローラー250は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)301と、メモリー302と、電子回路303と、インターフェイス304と、バス305とを備える。コントローラー250は、給湯装置200の各種センサーおよびアクチュエーターと通信し、給湯装置200を制御する。また、コントローラー250は、報知装置306により使用者に給湯装置200に関する情報を通知する。さらに、コントローラー250は、リモートコントローラー307が受け付けた使用者の入力に基づいて、給湯装置200を制御し得る。
図4は、給湯モードにおける給湯装置200の動作概要の一例を示す図である。図4を参照して、CPU301が、リモートコントローラー307が入力を受け付けた温度設定および動作モードの設定に基づいて、どのように給湯装置200を制御するかについて説明する。
図5は、即湯循環モードにおける給湯装置200の動作概要の一例を示す図である。図5を参照して、図4で説明した第1の動作における、即湯循環モードの完了時の動作について説明する。
図7は、給湯装置200における即湯循環モードにおける第1の動作の例を示す図である。図7に示す処理は、図4~図6において説明した第1の動作を実現する際のCPU301の処理の流れである。ある局面において、CPU301は、図7の処理を行うためのプログラムをメモリー302から読み込んで、当該プログラムを実行してもよい。他の局面において、当該処理の一部または全部は、当該処理を実行するように構成された回路素子の組み合わせとしても実現され得る。
図9は、循環用のポートを備えない給湯装置の他の例を示す図である。給湯装置900は、給湯装置200と比較して、循環ポンプ207の上流と下流とをバイパスする経路と、当該経路上に設けられた流量検出器901と、逆流防止用の弁902とを備える。
Claims (2)
- 給湯装置であって、
入水口と接続される第1の配管と、
前記第1の配管の水の流量を検出する流量検出器と、
前記第1の配管から流入する水を加熱する加熱機構と、
前記加熱機構によって加熱された温水を流す第2の配管とを備え、
前記第2の配管は、外部の第3の配管を経由して、前記第1の配管に接続され、
前記給湯装置は、
前記第1の配管の経路上に配置され、稼働時に前記第3の配管内の温水を前記加熱機構の方向に送り出す循環ポンプと、
前記循環ポンプと前記加熱機構とを制御する制御装置とをさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、
即湯循環モードの実行命令を受け付けたことに基づいて、出湯温度の設定が予め定められた制限温度以下であるか否かを判定し、
出湯温度の設定が前記予め定められた制限温度以下であることに基づいて、前記給湯装置を即湯循環モードで動作させる、給湯装置。 - 給湯装置であって、
入水口と接続される第1の配管と、
前記第1の配管の水の流量を検出する流量検出器と、
前記第1の配管から流入する水を加熱する加熱機構と、
前記加熱機構によって加熱された温水を流す第2の配管とを備え、
前記第2の配管は、外部の第3の配管を経由して、前記第1の配管に接続され、
前記給湯装置は、
前記第1の配管の経路上に配置され、稼働時に前記第3の配管内の温水を前記加熱機構の方向に送り出す循環ポンプと、
前記循環ポンプと前記加熱機構とを制御する制御装置とをさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記給湯装置が即湯循環モードで動作中であることに基づいて、循環中の温水の温度を予め定められた制限温度以下になるように前記加熱機構の加熱温度を制限し、
前記循環ポンプを停止させて即湯循環モードを終了し、
即湯循環モードの終了後に、前記流量検出器による流量の検出量が第1の流量未満になったこととに基づいて、温水の循環が終了したと判定し、
温水の循環が終了したと判定したことに基づいて、前記加熱機構の加熱温度の制限を解除する、給湯装置。
