Claims (7)
- システムに含まれる複数の蓄電素子に関する測定データを、記憶装置に定期的に記憶しているか否かを判断し、
測定データを記憶していると判断された場合、前記記憶装置に記憶されている測定データに基づき、前記複数の蓄電素子夫々について、所定温度での標準使用期間に相当する期間内に寿命に至るか否かを判断し、
寿命に至ると判断された蓄電素子について交換要と判断する
判断方法。 - 寿命に至ると判断された蓄電素子の数が、前記システムに含まれる全蓄電素子の数の所定の割合以上であるか否かを判断し、
所定の割合未満であると判断された場合、前記寿命に至ると判断された蓄電素子を交換要と判断し、
所定の割合以上であると判断された場合、前記システムに含まれる全蓄電素子について交換要と判断する
請求項1に記載の判断方法。 - 前記蓄電素子は鉛蓄電池であり、前記測定データに含まれる内部抵抗値を用い、所定温度での鉛蓄電池の使用期間における内部抵抗値の推移に関する蓄積データに基づいて前記蓄電素子が寿命に至るか否かを判断する
請求項1又は2に記載の判断方法。 - 前記測定データに含まれる温度データに基づき、前記測定データに含まれる内部抵抗値を前記所定温度における内部抵抗値へ変換するか、又は、前記所定温度での鉛蓄電池の使用期間における内部抵抗値の推移を前記温度データにおける内部抵抗値の推移へ変換することによって、前記鉛蓄電池の前記測定データが取得される時点までの使用期間を導出し、
導出した使用期間に基づいて前記蓄電素子が寿命に至るか否かを判断する
請求項3に記載の判断方法。 - システムに含まれる複数の蓄電素子に関する測定データを、記憶装置に定期的に記憶しているか否かを判断する第1判断部と、
測定データを記憶していると判断された場合、前記記憶装置に記憶されている測定データに基づき、前記複数の蓄電素子夫々について、所定温度での標準使用期間に相当する期間内に寿命に至るか否かを判断する第2判断部と、
寿命に至ると判断された蓄電素子について交換要と判断する第3判断部と
を備える判断装置。 - システムに含まれる蓄電素子に関する測定データを定期的に取得し逐次記憶する記憶装置と、前記蓄電素子の保守担当者が用いる保守端末装置と、前記保守端末装置から通信接続が可能な保守支援装置とを含み、
前記保守支援装置は、
前記システムに含まれる複数の蓄電素子に関する測定データが、前記記憶装置に定期的に記憶されているか否かを判断し、
測定データが記憶されていると判断した場合、前記記憶装置に記憶されている測定データに基づき、前記複数の蓄電素子夫々について、所定温度での標準使用期間に相当する期間内に寿命に至るか否かを判断し、
寿命に至ると判断された蓄電素子について交換要と判断し、
判断結果を前記保守端末装置へ通知する
保守支援システム。 - コンピュータに、
システムに含まれる複数の蓄電素子に関する測定データを、記憶装置に定期的に記憶しているか否かを判断し、
測定データを記憶していると判断された場合、前記記憶装置に記憶されている測定データに基づき、前記複数の蓄電素子夫々について、所定温度での標準使用期間に相当する期間内に寿命に至るか否かを判断し、
寿命に至ると判断された蓄電素子について交換要と判断する
処理を実行させるコンピュータプログラム。
