Description
Claims (36)
- 炭化水素分離およびアップグレードのための方法であって、
流入炭化水素ストリームを、ナフサ沸点温度範囲物質を含む軽質留分とディーゼル沸点温度範囲物質を含む重質留分とに分離するステップ;
前記軽質留分からH2およびCOを含む合成ガスを生成するステップ;
前記軽質留分から生成された前記COを、カルボニル化、重合、および水性-ガスシフトからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの反応によって反応させるステップ;
前記重質留分からCO2、重合グレードエチレン、重合グレードプロピレン、C4化合物、オレフィンおよび芳香族化合物を含むナフサ沸点温度範囲生成物を含むクラッキング生成物、軽サイクル油、および重サイクル油を生成し分離するステップ;
前記重質留分から生成された前記CO2を回収および精製するステップ;
前記C4化合物を処理して、オレフィン系オリゴマーおよび水素を生成するために使用されるパラフィン系ラフィネートを生成するステップ;
オレフィンおよび芳香族化合物を含むナフサ沸点温度範囲生成物からなる前記クラッキング生成物を、C5およびC6オレフィンを含む軽質留分ナフサストリームと芳香族化合物を含む芳香族ストリームに分離するステップ;
前記軽質留分ナフサストリームをオリゴマー化するステップ;
前記芳香族ストリームを水素化処理し、水素化処理されたナフサストリームを生成するステップ;
前記軽サイクル油を水素化クラッキングし、モノ芳香族化合物生成物ストリームを生成するステップ;
前記重サイクル油のガス化による、水素、CO、およびCO2を生成するステップ;
前記重サイクル油のガス化により生成された前記COを、カルボニル化、重合、および水性-ガスシフトからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの反応により反応させるステップ;
前記重サイクル油のガス化により生成された前記CO2を回収および精製するステップ;および
前記水素化処理されたナフサストリーム及び前記モノ芳香族化合物生成物ストリームから芳香族化合物をベンゼンおよびパラ-キシレンに処理および分離するステップ;
を含む、方法。 - 前記流入炭化水素ストリームが、原油およびガス縮合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの成分を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ガソリンおよびディーゼルが、前記方法の最終生成物でない、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記方法で生成された前記CO2の質量で90wt%超および前記COの質量で90wt超が捕捉され、さらに他の化合物に処理される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記軽質留分からH2およびCOを含む合成ガスを生成する前記ステップの間に生成されたCO2を回収および精製するステップをさらに含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記生成されたCO2の少なくとも一部を、乾式改質、水蒸気改質、および水素化からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの処理で処理するステップをさらに含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記生成されたCO2の少なくとも一部を処理して、合成燃料、H2およびCOを含む合成ガス、およびオレフィンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの生成物を生成するステップをさらに含む、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記流入炭化水素ストリームを分離する前記ステップが、フラッシュドラム、蒸留ベース分離ユニット、およびサイクロン気-液分離ユニットからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのユニットの使用を含む、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記軽質留分から生成された前記COを反応させる前記ステップと、前記重サイクル油のガス化から生成された前記COを反応させる前記ステップは、ブタジエンのカルボニル化によってアジピン酸を生成するステップを含む、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- H2およびCOを含む前記軽質留分から合成ガスを生成する前記ステップが、水蒸気改質ユニット、部分酸化ユニット、およびオート-サーマル改質ユニットからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのユニットの使用を含む、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記重質留分から生成する前記ステップが、ダウンフロー反応器を含む高過酷度流動接触クラッキングシステムを用いて実施される、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法で生成されたH2の一部が、水素化処理のために内部で使用される、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記軽サイクル油を水素化クラッキングする前記ステップが、水素化クラッキングと改質反応とを含む、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記モノ芳香族化合物生成物ストリームをトランスアルキル化によって、トルエンおよびC9-C11芳香族化合物をベンゼンおよび混合キシレンに変換する処理のステップをさらに含む、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記重質留分から生成された前記CO2が、接触クラッキングシステムの再生器で燃焼されたコークスから生成されたCO2を含む、請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記重質留分から生成された前記重サイクル油の少なくとも一部が、前記方法にエネルギーを供給するために利用される、請求項1~15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記軽質留分からH2およびCOを含む合成ガスを生成する前記ステップが、C1-C4飽和化合物を含む少なくとも1つのストリームから水素を生成することをさらに含む、請求項1~16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 生成された芳香族化合物をベンゼンとパラ-キシレンに処理および分離する前記ステップが、前記軽サイクル油を水素化クラッキングまたは前記重サイクル油をガス化する前記ステップにリサイクルされる重質芳香族化合物を生成するステップをさらに含む、請求項1~17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 炭化水素分離およびアップグレードのためのシステムであって、
流入炭化水素ストリーム;
前記流入炭化水素ストリームを、ナフサ沸点温度範囲物質を含む軽質留分およびディーゼル沸点温度範囲物質を含む重質留分に分離するように動作可能な供給流入スプリッタ;
前記軽質留分からH2およびCOを含む合成ガスを生成するように動作可能な水素生成ユニット;
前記軽質留分から生成された前記COを、カルボニル化、重合、および水性-ガスシフトからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの反応によって反応するように動作可能な炭素反応ユニット;
前記重質留分から、CO2、重合グレードエチレン、重合グレードプロピレン、C4化合物、オレフィンおよび芳香族化合物を含むナフサ沸点温度範囲クラッキング生成物、軽サイクル油、および重サイクル油を生成するように動作可能な高過酷度流動接触クラッキング(HS-FCC)ユニット;
前記重質留分から生成された前記CO2を回収および精製するように動作可能なCO2回収および処理ユニット;
前記C4化合物を処理してオレフィン系オリゴマーおよびパラフィン系ラフィネートを生成し、前記パラフィン系ラフィネートは水素生成ユニットで水素を生成するように動作可能なオリゴマー化ユニット;
オレフィンおよび芳香族化合物を有するナフサ沸点温度範囲生成物を含む前記クラッキング生成物を、C5およびC6オレフィンを含む軽質留分ナフサストリームおよび芳香族化合物を含む芳香族ストリームに分離するように動作可能な分解ナフサスプリッタであって、前記オリゴマー化ユニットは、前記軽質留分ナフサストリームをオリゴマー化するように動作可能な前記分解ナフサスプリッタ;
前記芳香族ストリームを水素化処理するように動作可能な重質ナフサ選択的水素化処理ユニット;
前記軽サイクル油を水素化分解し、モノ芳香族化合物生成物ストリームを生成するように動作可能なサイクル油水素化クラッカーユニット;
前記重サイクル油をガス化して水素、CO、およびCO2を生成するように動作可能なガス化ユニットであって、前記ガス化ユニットは前記炭素反応ユニットに接続されており、前記炭素反応ユニットは、前記重サイクル油のガス化で生成された前記COを、カルボニル化、重合、および水性-ガスシフトからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの反応によって反応させるように動作可能であり、前記ガス化ユニットは前記CO 2 回収および処理ユニットに接続されており、前記CO2回収および処理ユニットは、前記重サイクル油のガス化から生成された前記CO2を回収および精製するように動作可能である、前記ガス化ユニット;および
前記水素化処理されたナフサストリーム及び前記モノ芳香族化合物生成物ストリームから芳香族化合物を処理し、ベンゼンおよびパラ-キシレンに分離するように動作可能な芳香族化合物抽出ユニット;
を備える、システム。 - 前記流入炭化水素ストリームが、原油およびガス凝縮物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの成分を含む、請求項19に記載のシステム。
- ガソリンおよびディーゼルが、前記システムの最終生成物でない、請求項19または20に記載のシステム。
- 前記システム内で生成された前記CO2の質量で90wt%超および前記COの質量で90wt%超が捕捉され、他の化合物にさらに処理される、請求項19~21のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記CO2回収および処理ユニットが、前記水素生成ユニットから生成されたCO2を回収および精製するように動作可能である、請求項19~22のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 乾式改質、水蒸気改質および水素化からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのプロセスにおいて、CO2を反応させることができるように動作可能なCO2変換ユニットをさらに含む、請求項19~23のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記生成されたCO2の少なくとも一部を処理して、合成燃料、H2およびCOを含む合成ガス、およびオレフィンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの生成物を生成するように動作可能なCO2変換ユニットをさらに含む、請求項19~24のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記供給流入スプリッタが、フラッシュドラム、蒸留ベース分離ユニット、およびサイクロン気-液分離ユニットからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのユニットを含む、請求項19~25のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記炭素反応ユニットが、COを反応させて、ブタジエンのカルボニル化によりアジピン酸を生成するように動作可能である、請求項19~26のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記水素生成ユニットが、水蒸気改質ユニット、部分酸化ユニット、およびオート-サーマル改質ユニットからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つのユニットを含む、請求項19~27のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記HS-FCCユニットが、ダウンフロー反応器を含む、請求項19~28のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムで生成されたH2の一部が、水素化処理のために内部で使用される、請求項19~29のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記サイクル油水素化クラッカーユニットが、水素化クラッキングおよび改質反応を含む、請求項19~30のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記芳香族化合物抽出ユニットが、ベンゼン抽出ユニット、トルエンプラスC9-C11トランス-アルキル化ユニット、キシレン異性化ユニット、およびパラ-キシレン抽出ユニットからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つのユニットを含む、請求項19~31のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 触媒からコークスを除去する触媒再生器をさらに含む、請求項19~32のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記重質留分から生成された前記重サイクル油の少なくとも一部が、前記システムにエネルギーを供給するために利用される、請求項19~33のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記水素生成ユニットが、C1-C4飽和化合物を含む供給物を含む、請求項19~34のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記芳香族化合物抽出ユニットで生成された重質芳香族化合物が、前記サイクル油水素化クラクラッカーユニットまたは前記ガス化ユニットにリサイクルされる、請求項19~35のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
