Abstract
Description
(a)原油に原油蒸留を行って、ナフサと、灯油および軽油の1つ以上とを生成する工程、
(b)ナフサに改質を行って、改質ガソリンを生成する工程、
(c)灯油および/または軽油に脱芳香族化を行って、アルカンおよびナフテンの豊富な第1の流れと、芳香族化合物の豊富な第2の流れとを生成する工程、
(d)前記アルカンおよびナフテンの豊富な第1の流れに熱分解を行って、分解ガソリンを生成するか、または流動接触分解を行ってFCCガソリンを生成する工程、
(e)前記芳香族化合物の豊富な第2の流れに芳香環開環を行って、AROガソリンを生成する工程、および
(f)改質ガソリン、分解ガソリン、FCCガソリンおよびAROガソリンの1つ以上にガソリン処理を行って、BTXを生成する工程、
を有してなる統合方法を提供する。
ここに用いた「LPG」という用語は、「液化石油ガス」という用語の既定の頭字語を指す。LGPは、概して、C2〜C4炭化水素のブレンド、すなわち、C2、C3、およびC4炭化水素の混合物からなる。
原油(100)の入口と、ナフサ(311)の出口と、灯油および/または軽油(330)の少なくとも1つの出口とを有する原油蒸留ユニット(10);
ナフサの入口と、改質ガソリン(312)の出口とを有する改質ユニット(90);
灯油および/または軽油の入口と、アルカンおよびナフテンの豊富な流れ(316)の出口と、芳香族化合物の豊富な流れ(317)の出口とを有する脱芳香族化ユニット(70);
脱芳香族化により生成されたアルカンおよびナフテン(316)の入口と、分解ガソリンまたはFCCガソリン(318)の出口とを有する水蒸気分解装置または流動接触分解装置(60);
脱芳香族化により生成された芳香族化合物の豊富な流れ(317)の入口と、AROガソリン(322)の出口とを有する芳香環開環ユニット(22);および
改質ガソリン、分解ガソリン、FCCガソリンおよびAROガソリンの1つ以上(304)の入口と、BTX(600)の出口とを有するガソリン処理ユニット(27);
を備えたプロセス装置をさらに提供する。本発明のこの態様が図1に示されている(図1)。
残油アップグレードにより生成された重質蒸留物(326)の入口と、必要に応じてガソリン処理ユニット(27)に供給されるFCCガソリン(319)の出口とを有する流動接触分解装置(61)をさらに備えることが好ましい。本発明のこの態様が図2に示されている(図2)。
ここに与えられた実験データは、Aspen Plusにおける工程図モデル化により得た。水蒸気分解反応速度論を厳格に考慮した(水蒸気分解生成物分量の計算のためのソフトウェア)。以下の水蒸気分解炉の条件を適用した:エタンおよびプロパン炉:コイル出口温度(COT)=845℃、水蒸気対油比=0.37、C4炉および液体炉:COT=820℃、水蒸気対油比=0.37。脱芳香族化ユニットは、一方の流れが芳香族成分の全てを含有し、他方の流れがナフテン成分、直鎖パラフィン成分およびイソパラフィン成分の全てを含有する、2つの流れに分割するスプリッタとしてモデル化した。接触改質ユニットは、文献からのデータに基づいてモデル化した。ガソリン水素化分解について、実験データに基づく反応スキームを使用した。
(石油化学製品中の総炭素質量)/(原油中の総炭素質量)
として決定される。
実施例1は、以下を除いて、前記比較例と同一である:
最初に、原油蒸留のナフサが接触改質ユニットにおいて処理される。水素、メタンおよびLPGを含有する、この改質装置からの軽質物は水蒸気分解装置に送られ、そのLPGが水蒸気分解される。そのナフサ改質ガソリンは水蒸気分解装置のガソリン処理ユニットに送られる。
実施例2は、以下を除いて、実施例1と同一である:
最初に、残油を残油水素化分解装置においてアップグレードして、気体、軽質蒸留物、中間蒸留物、重質蒸留物および残留物を生成する。残油水素化分解により生成された気体は水蒸気分解される。
実施例3は、以下を除いて、実施例2と同一である:
ナフサ改質ガソリンは、水蒸気分解装置のガソリン処理ユニットに送られる代わりに、ガソリン水素化分解が行われる。さらに、FCCナフサは、水蒸気分解される代わりに、ガソリン水素化分解が行われる。このGHCユニットによりBTXおよびLPGが生成される。このLPGは、エタン分画、プロパン分画、およびブタン分画に分離される。これらの分画は水蒸気分解される。

Claims (14)
- 原油蒸留、改質、脱芳香族化、流動接触分解、および芳香環開環を含む、原油を石油化学製品に転化する統合方法であって、
(a)原油に原油蒸留を行って、ナフサと、灯油および軽油の1つ以上とを生成する工程、
(b)前記ナフサに改質を行って、改質ガソリンを生成する工程、
(c)前記灯油および/または軽油に脱芳香族化を行って、アルカンおよびナフテンの豊富な第1の流れおよび芳香族化合物の豊富な第2の流れを生成する工程、
(d)前記アルカンおよびナフテンの豊富な第1の流れに熱分解を行って、分解ガソリンを生成するか、または流動接触分解を行ってFCCガソリンを生成する工程、
(e)前記芳香族化合物の豊富な第2の流れに芳香環開環を行って、AROガソリンを生成する工程、および
(f)前記改質ガソリン、前記分解ガソリン、前記FCCガソリンおよび前記AROガソリンの1つ以上にガソリン処理を行って、BTXを生成する工程、
を有してなる統合方法。 - 前記方法において前記原油蒸留により生成された灯油と軽油の合計の少なくとも50質量%に芳香環開環が行われる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記原油蒸留により生成された残油に残油アップグレードを行って、LPGおよび残油アップグレード液体流出物を生成する工程をさらに有する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記残油アップグレードが残油水素化分解である、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記残油アップグレード液体流出物に含まれる重質蒸留物に流動接触分解を行って、ガソリン処理が行われるFCCガソリン流を生成する工程をさらに有する、請求項3または4記載の方法。
- 前記熱分解または流動接触分解により生成された中間蒸留物に芳香環開環が行われる、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 精製ユニットにより生成されたLPGにオレフィン合成が行われて、オレフィンが生成される、請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記オレフィン合成が熱分解を含む、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記ガソリン処理が、前記改質ガソリン、前記分解ガソリン、前記FCCガソリンおよび前記AROガソリンの1つ以上を、水素の存在下で、水素化分解条件下において水素化分解触媒と接触させる工程を有してなるガソリン水素化分解である、請求項1から8いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 原油を石油化学製品に転化するためのプロセス装置であって、
原油(100)の入口と、ナフサ(311)の出口と、灯油および/または軽油(330)の少なくとも1つの出口とを有する原油蒸留ユニット(10);
ナフサの入口と、改質ガソリン(312)の出口とを有する改質ユニット(90);
灯油および/または軽油の入口と、アルカンおよびナフテンの豊富な流れ(316)の出口と、芳香族化合物の豊富な流れ(317)の出口とを有する脱芳香族化ユニット(70);
脱芳香族化により生成されたアルカンおよびナフテン(316)の入口と、それぞれ、分解ガソリンまたはFCCガソリン(318)の出口とを有する水蒸気分解装置または流動接触分解装置(60);
脱芳香族化により生成された芳香族化合物の豊富な流れ(317)の入口と、AROガソリン(322)の出口とを有する芳香環開環ユニット(22);および
前記改質ガソリン、前記分解ガソリン、前記FCCガソリンおよび前記AROガソリンの1つ以上(304)の入口と、BTX(600)の出口とを有するガソリン処理ユニット(27);
を備えたプロセス装置。 - 原油蒸留により生成された残油および精製ユニット由来重質蒸留物の入口と、残油アップグレードにより生成されたLPG(223)の出口と、残油アップグレード液体流出物(326)の出口とを有する残油アップグレードユニット(40)をさらに備えた、請求項10記載のプロセス装置。
- 残油アップグレードにより生成された重質蒸留物(326)の入口と、必要に応じて前記ガソリン処理ユニットに供給される、FCCガソリン(319)の出口とを有する流動接触分解装置(61)をさらに備えた、請求項11記載のプロセス装置。
- 前記装置により生成されたLPG(200)の入口と、オレフィン(5010)の出口とを有する気体分解装置(35)をさらに備えた、請求項10から12いずれか1項記載のプロセス装置。
- 原油を、BTXを含む石油化学製品に転化するための、請求項10から13いずれか1項記載の統合石油化学プロセス装置の使用。
