Claims (12)
- 環状ベースと、
ボールベアリングにより前記環状ベースに軸支されたリングとを備え、前記リングは回転軸(A-A)を有し、
前記リングに軸支された第1プーリを備え、第1プーリ回転軸(B-B)は前記リング回転軸(A-A)からずれており、
前記リングに揺動自在に取付けられたピボットアームを備え、ピボットアーム揺動軸(C-C)は前記リング回転軸(A-A)からずれており、前記ピボットアームに軸支された第2プーリを備え、
前記ピボットアームを第1方向に付勢するトーションスプリングを備え、
前記ボールベアリングはインナーレースとアウターレースを有し、
前記リングは前記インナーレースに嵌め込まれて固定され、
前記環状ベースは前記アウターレースに嵌め込まれて固定され、
前記リングと前記ベースの間に摩擦的に配置された減衰機構を備え、
前記減衰機構が前記ボールベアリングの外周側に設けられるとともに、摩擦要素とスプリングを備え、前記摩擦要素とスプリングが前記リングと前記ベースの間に挟まれる

前記リングに揺動自在に取付けられたピボットアームを備え、前記ピボットアーム揺動軸(C-C)は前記リング回転軸(A-A)からずれており、前記ピボットアームに軸支された第2プーリを備え、
前記ピボットアームを第1方向に付勢するトーションスプリングを備え、
前記ボールベアリングはインナーレースとアウターレースを有し、

前記リングと前記ベースの間に摩擦的に配置された減衰機構を備え、
