Claims (8)
- x線撮像装置の誘導を備えた、組織の集束超音波(FUS)治療のためのデバイスであって、前記デバイスは、
手持ち式フレームを有する支持構造と、
前記支持構造に固定された中心軸を有する、集束超音波(FUS)トランスデューサと、
前記FUSトランスデューサの前記中心軸に沿って前記支持構造に取り付けられた、x線照準器と、
治療位置上方の患者の皮膚によって支持される連結部材と、を備え、
前記FUSトランスデューサは、前記FUSトランスデューサによって集束された集束超音波エネルギーの適用を制御するように構成された制御装置に接続され、
前記支持構造は、前記FUSトランスデューサと前記x線照準器を前記中心軸に沿って中心に維持しながら、片手の操作によって、前記FUSトランスデューサと前記x線照準器の任意の方向への同時の傾きを可能にするように構成され、前記支持構造は、前記中心軸が治療位置上方の前記患者の皮膚の法線に対して特定の角度で治療位置を通り抜けるように、前記x線撮像装置に対する前記支持構造の操作を可能にするように構成されたアームを備え、
前記特定の角度は、0~80°の角度範囲であり、
前記x線撮像装置が、前記x線照準器のx線画像を生成するように構成されている、デバイス。 - 前記x線照準器が、前記FUSトランスデューサの前記中心軸と平行である中央円筒を備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記x線照準器が、前記FUSトランスデューサの前記中心軸と平行な中央円筒から外側へ突出する少なくとも1つの面をさらに備える、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記x線照準器が、前記FUSトランスデューサの前記中心軸と平行な中央円筒から外側へ突出する少なくとも2つの面をさらに備え、前記少なくとも2つの面は、前記FUSトランスデューサの前記中心軸に垂直な寸法が互いに異なる、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記x線照準器が、前記少なくとも1つの面のうちの少なくとも1つに取り付けられた、少なくとも1つのマーキング要素を備える、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記x線照準器が、前記FUSトランスデューサの前記中心軸に沿った中心を有する少なくとも2つの平行で合同な部材を備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記制御装置が、x線画像上の前記少なくとも2つの平行で合同な部材の一致時のみに集束超音波を適用するように構成されている、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記制御装置が、前記x線照準器の撮像された特徴を使用して、前記x線画像の前記中心軸への垂直な向きの識別時のみに集束超音波を適用するように構成される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
