- 自動車産業向けの電気コネクタ(1)、特にプリント回路基板コネクタ(1)のための封止機構(10)であって、
電気接続ユニット(100)および電気絶縁コネクタレセプタクル(200)を有し、
前記接続ユニット(100)が、前記コネクタレセプタクル(200)のアセンブリチャンバ(202、203、204)内へ挿入される、封止機構(10)において、
前記アセンブリチャンバ(202、204)内で、前記接続ユニット(100)の封止凹部(123)と前記アセンブリチャンバ(202、204)の内壁(220、240)との間で、前記接続ユニット(100)の周りに少なくとも部分的に円周方向(Um、Qr)に、または前記接続ユニット(100)の少なくとも1つの側に、接着材(300)が導入されており、
前記接着材(300)は、前記封止機構(10)の封止剤(300)もしくは封止接着剤(300)として形成され、
前記接着材(300)は、前記接続ユニット(100)の前記封止凹部(123)と前記内壁(220、240)との間で少なくとも部分的に弾性変形および/もしくは塑性変形され、
前記接着材(300)は、前記アセンブリチャンバ(202、204)内に引き伸ばされた形態および/もしくは圧縮された形態で導入され、かつ、
前記接着材(300)は、前記アセンブリチャンバ(202、204)の前記内壁(220、240)より前記接続ユニット(100)に固定して接続されていることを特徴とする、
封止機構(10)。
- 前記接着材(300)は、少なくとも部分的に円周方向(Um、Qr)のバルブシール(310)として前記接続ユニット(100)に形成され、
前記接着材(300)は、前記接続ユニット(100)の軸方向(Ax)の長さに対して実質上横断方向(Qr、Um)に延びるバルブシール(310)として前記接続ユニット(100)に形成され、
関係するバルブシール(300)の一方の長手方向端部(Qr、Um)に、もしくは両方の長手方向端部(Qr、Um)に、封止キャップ(320)が設けられていることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の封止機構(10)。
- 前記接着材(300)は、前記接続ユニット(100)に対して固定して押し当てられる細長いシール(300)として形成されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の封止機構(10)。
- 掛止ユニットを除いて、
前記アセンブリチャンバ(202、204)は、前記接着材(300)が引き伸ばされた形態で導入される少なくとも1つの膨張部(245)を部分的に有し、
前記アセンブリチャンバ(202、203、204)は、センタリング部(202、203)と、前記センタリング部(202、203)に直線状に隣接する封止部(202、204)とを有し、前記封止部(202、204)は、前記少なくとも1つの膨張部(245)を有し、
前記封止部(202、204)は、斜面を含む挿入領域(243)を有し、前記挿入領域(243)の外形寸法が、1つの方向において、同じ方向で応力を受けていないシール(300)とともに、前記接続ユニット(100)の外形寸法より大きく、または、
前記封止部(202、204)は、実質上一定の内形寸法を有する封止領域(242)を有し、前記封止領域(242)の内形寸法は、1つの方向において、同じ方向で応力を受けていないシール(300)とともに、前記接続ユニット(100)の外形寸法より小さいことを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の封止機構(10)。
- 掛止ユニットを除いて、実質上前記アセンブリチャンバ(202)全体が、主にもしくは実質上円筒形凹部もしくは立方形凹部(202)として形成され、
前記接着材(300)は、前記接続ユニット(100)の前記封止凹部(123)内に提供され、前記接着材(300)は、前記アセンブリチャンバ(202)内で前記接続ユニット(100)の軸方向(Ax)に、前記封止凹部(123)の実質上軸方向(Ax)の長さ全体を充填していることを特徴とする、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の封止機構(10)。
- 前記アセンブリチャンバ(202、203、204)は、前記コネクタレセプタクル(200)内に貫通凹部(202、203、204)として導入され、
前記接続ユニット(100)は、前記アセンブリチャンバ(202、204)内に掛止されることを特徴とする、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の封止機構(10)。
- 自動車産業向けの電気コネクタ(1)、特にプリント回路基板コネクタ(1)において、
