- 回転接続ディスクと、B軸線を中心に回転接続ディスクを駆動して回転させるためのB軸動力制御機構と、を含むB軸回転アセンブリと、
移動ベースと、テーブルと、テーブルを駆動して移動ベース上でC2軸線を中心に回転させるためのC2軸動力制御機構と、を含むC2軸テーブル回転アセンブリと、
揺動ベースと、S軸動力制御機構と、を含むS軸テーブル移動アセンブリと、
ロッカーアームと、揺動ベースを駆動してC1軸線を中心にロッカーアーム上で揺動させるためのC1軸動力制御機構と、を含み、前記ロッカーアームは回転接続ディスクに固定され、C1軸線はB軸線と交差するC1軸テーブル揺動アセンブリと、を含み、
前記S軸動力制御機構は移動ベースを駆動して揺動ベース上でS軸線に沿って移動させることにより、ワークの被加工領域をC1軸線とB軸線との交点に近づけることができ、
前記B軸回転アセンブリは工作機械のX軸運動ベースに取り付けられ、B軸は工作機械のX軸及びZ軸に垂直であり、前記ロッカーアームはロッカーアームベースと、扇形ロッカーアームと、を含み、前記扇形ロッカーアームとロッカーアームベースは接続されてL形構造を呈し、前記ロッカーアームベースは回転接続ディスクに固定され、前記扇形ロッカーアームの扇形面に前記ロッカーアームベースを補助支持するためのC1軸円弧ガイドレールが設けられ、前記扇形ロッカーアームの扇形面はB軸線に平行であり、前記テーブルのテーブル面はB軸線に平行であることを特徴とする多自由度数値制御ターンテーブル。 - 前記S軸線はC1軸線に垂直であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多自由度数値制御ターンテーブル。
- 前記C1軸線は前記B軸線と相互に垂直であり、B軸とC1軸及び工作機械直線軸は5軸RTCP(Rotation Tool Center Point、工具中心点)動作を共同で実行することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多自由度数値制御ターンテーブル。
- S軸テーブル移動アセンブリは揺動ベースに設置されたS軸ガイドレールを含み、前記S軸動力制御機構は移動ベースを駆動してS軸ガイドレール上で移動させることができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多自由度数値制御ターンテーブル。
- 前記B軸線は垂直軸線であり、前記扇形ロッカーアームの扇形面は垂直面であり、前記C1軸線及びC2軸線はいずれも水平軸線であり、前記テーブルのテーブル面は垂直面であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多自由度数値制御ターンテーブル。
- 前記扇形ロッカーアームの円弧形部分は工具から遠い側に向いていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の多自由度数値制御ターンテーブル。
- 前記B軸動力制御機構及びC2軸動力制御機構はトルクモータ・ダイレクトドライブ動力機構であり、前記C1軸動力制御機構はサーボモータ・ダブルギヤバックラッシ除去結合構造であり、前記S軸動力制御機構はサーボモータ・リードスクリュー機構であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の多自由度数値制御ターンテーブル。
