Description
前記成長促進液及び前記接種基質は、新鮮なオニノヤガラの茎を細断して処理対象材料を得、バチルス・プミルス菌液を前記処理対象材料にスプレーし、発酵・培養して発酵後の材料を得、溶媒としてエタノールを使用して発酵後の材料に対して熱浸漬抽出を行い、次に固液分離して残渣及び抽出液を得、前記残渣を湿熱滅菌、乾燥処理及び粉砕して前記接種基質を得、前記抽出液を濃縮、再溶解及び湿熱滅菌して成長促進液を得ることによって調製される。
Claims (10)
- オニノヤガラの有機栽培方法であって、クヌギの枝を棒材に切断し、棒材に魚鱗様の開口である魚鱗口を切り取って魚鱗口付きの棒材を得、次に沸騰水及び成長促進液で魚鱗口付きの棒材を順に浸漬し、成長促進処理後の棒材を得、次に成長促進処理後の棒材の各魚鱗口にナラタケ種及び接種基質を入れて菌材を得るという菌材の調製ステップを含み、
前記成長促進液及び前記接種基質は、新鮮なオニノヤガラの茎を細断して処理対象材料を得、バチルス・プミルス菌液を前記処理対象材料にスプレーし、発酵・培養して発酵後の材料を得、エタノールを溶媒として発酵後の材料に対して熱浸漬抽出を行い、次に固液分離して残渣及び抽出液を得、前記残渣を湿熱滅菌、乾燥処理及び粉砕して前記接種基質を得、前記抽出液を濃縮、再溶解及び湿熱滅菌して成長促進液を得ることによって調製されることを特徴とするオニノヤガラの有機栽培方法。 - 前記発酵培養の温度が40~45℃であり、回転数が100rpmであり、時間が48hであり、発酵培養過程で、2~3hごとに前記処理対象材料にバチルス・プミルス菌液をスプレーし、毎回スプレーする時、処理対象材料とバチルス・プミルス菌液の使用量比は100g:15~20mlであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオニノヤガラの有機栽培方法。
- バチルス・プミルス菌液のOD600値が1であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のオニノヤガラの有機栽培方法。
- 前記熱浸漬抽出の温度が80~90℃であり、時間が10~12hであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のオニノヤガラの有機栽培方法。
- 熱浸漬抽出において、前記エタノールの体積百分率が80%であり、発酵後の材料とエタノールの使用量比が1g:25mLであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のオニノヤガラの有機栽培方法。
- 前記抽出液を相対密度1.10のエキスに濃縮し、次にエキス1g当たり25mLの水で再溶解し、さらに湿熱滅菌して前記成長促進液を得ることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のオニノヤガラの有機栽培方法。
- 前記残渣を湿熱滅菌した後、50℃の条件下で含水量が5%未満になるまで乾燥させ、さらに粉砕して1番篩にかけて前記接種基質を得ることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のオニノヤガラの有機栽培方法。
- ナラタケ菌種と接種基質の質量比が2~4:1であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のオニノヤガラの有機栽培方法。
- 沸騰水及び成長促進液で魚鱗口付き棒材を順に浸漬する方法は、沸騰水で棒材を5min浸漬し、棒材が冷却した後、成長促進液で棒材を12h浸漬することであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のオニノヤガラの有機栽培方法。
- 前記棒材の直径が8~10cmであり、長さが60~70cmであり、前記魚鱗口は棒材の長さ方向に沿って配列され、隣接する魚鱗口は2~3cm離れていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のオニノヤガラの有機栽培方法。
