Claims (10)
- セッコクの有機栽培方法であって、不織物ブロックを使用して種苗束の根系を高木の幹に密着させ、不織物と木の幹との間に栽培基質を置いて、不織物ブロックの外側に栄養液をスプレーするセッコクの着生栽培ステップを含み、前記栽培基質の原料はホンセッコクの葉の発酵物粉末及び木材チップを含み、前記ホンセッコクの葉の発酵物粉末は、ホンセッコクの葉を小片に切断し、搗き砕いて発酵対象材料を得た後、発酵用液を加えて発酵系を得て、前記発酵系を滅菌した後に発酵菌を加え、発酵処理、濾過を経た後、培養後の発酵液及びホンセッコクの葉の発酵物を得て、ホンセッコクの葉の発酵物を脱水及び粉砕してホンセッコクの葉の発酵物粉末を得るという方法によって調製されることを特徴とするセッコクの有機栽培方法。
- 前記発酵対象材料と前記発酵用液の使用量比は1g:20~40mLであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセッコクの有機栽培方法。
- 前記ホンセッコクの葉の発酵物粉末と木材チップの質量比は1:3~5であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセッコクの有機栽培方法。
- 前記発酵菌は質量比1~2:1~3:2~4のサッカロミケス・セレビシエ、バチルス・メガテリウム及びパエニバシラス・ポリミキサからなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のセッコクの有機栽培方法。
- 前記発酵用液は1.50g/Lの酵母エキス、4.00g/Lのペプトン、2.50g/Lのクエン酸水素二アンモニウム及び2.00g/Lのリン酸水素二カリウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のセッコクの有機栽培方法。
- 前記発酵処理の条件は温度37℃、回転速度120rpm、時間72hであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のセッコクの有機栽培方法。
- 前記栄養液は、培養後の発酵液を濾過して液相を取り、栄養液前駆体を得た後、水で栄養液前駆体を希釈して、前記栄養液を得るという方法によって調製され、栄養液前駆体と水の体積比は1:3であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のセッコクの有機栽培方法。
- 栽培基質の使用量は、種苗束の1つあたり100gであり、栄養液の使用量は、種苗束の1つあたり50mLであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のセッコクの有機栽培方法。
- セッコクの着生栽培ステップの後に、2ヶ月ごとに不織物ブロックの外側に微生物菌剤をスプレーする栽培後の管理ステップが設けられ、前記微生物菌剤の菌種はサッカロミケス・セレビシエ、バチルス・メガテリウム及びパエニバシラス・ポリミキサを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のセッコクの有機栽培方法。
- 微生物菌剤の菌種の質量は微生物菌剤の質量百分率の1~3%を占めることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のセッコクの有機栽培方法。
