Claims (13)
- 電池セルの電極リードであって、
第1金属プレートと、
第2金属プレートと、を含み、
前記第2金属プレートは、前記第1金属プレートを構成する第1金属と第1金属より溶融温度が低い第2金属とが分散された状態で混合されており、
前記第2金属の上面及び下面は前記第2金属プレートの外部に露出され、側面は第1金属と密着した状態で存在する、電極リード。 - 前記第2金属は、外表面積が互いに異なる、請求項1に記載の電極リード。
- 所定の温度以上に加熱されれば、前記第2金属が溶融して前記第2金属プレートの断面積が減少する、請求項2に記載の電極リード。
- 所定の温度以上に加熱されれば、前記第2金属プレートに破断部が形成される、請求項3に記載の電極リード。
- 前記第1金属は銅またはアルミニウムであり、前記第2金属は前記第1金属より溶融温度が低い金属である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電極リード。
- 前記第2金属は、インジウム(In)、スズ(Sn)またはこれら金属の合金のうちの1種以上である、請求項5に記載の電極リード。
- 前記第1金属プレートは2個であり、前記第2金属プレートは1個であり、前記2個の第1金属プレートの間に前記第2金属プレートが位置する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電極リード。
- 前記第1金属プレートと前記第2金属プレートとが長手方向に沿って交互に位置し、長手方向の両側縁には第1金属プレートが位置する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電極リード。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電極リードの製造方法であって、
第1金属粉末を連続的に供給し、所定の温度に加温しながら押圧して第1金属プレートを形成する第1段階と、
第1金属粉末と第2金属粉末とが混合された混合金属粉末を所定の時間の間に連続的に供給し、所定の温度に加温しながら押圧して第2金属プレートを形成する第2段階と、
第1金属粉末を連続的に供給し、所定の温度に加温しながら押圧して第1金属プレートを形成する第3段階と、を含む、電極リードの製造方法。 - 前記第1金属粉末は銅またはアルミニウムであり、前記第2金属粉末は前記第1金属粉末より溶融温度が低い金属である、請求項9に記載の電極リードの製造方法。
- 前記第2金属粉末の粒径が前記第1金属粉末の粒径より大きい、請求項9または10に記載の電極リードの製造方法。
- 第1金属粉末と第2金属粉末が混合された混合金属粉末を所定の時間の間に連続的に供給し、所定の温度に加温しながら押圧して第2金属プレートを形成する第4段階と、
第1金属粉末を連続的に供給し、所定の温度に加温しながら押圧して第1金属プレートを形成する第5段階と、をさらに含む、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の電極リードの製造方法。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電極リードを備えた複数の電池セルが連結された、電池モジュール。
