Description
負極板/分離膜/正極板で構成された電極組立体の前記負極板に連結された厚さ0.3mmの銅プレートの負極タブを形成させた。その後、アルミホイル(正極用リード)と銅ホイル(負極用ホイル)を前記それぞれの電極タブに溶接して付着させた。図5に示すように、シールツールを変更して第2シール部(250±20μm)を形成させた二次電池を製造した。前記アルミニウムラミネートシートのパウチ型ケースに前記電極組立体を装着した後、1M LIPF6を含有したカーボネート系リチウム電解液を注入し、シートを熱融着してリチウムイオンポリマー電池を製造した。
図6に示すように、シールツールを変更して第2シール部(250±20μm)を形成させたことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法で二次電池を製造した。
第2シール部を含まないことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法でリチウムイオンポリマー電池を製造した。

Claims (6)
- 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するパウチ型電池ケースと、
前記パウチ型電池ケースをシールするシール部と、
前記電極組立体から延びてシール部の外部に突出する電極タブと、
前記シール部と前記電極組立体との間の前記電極タブが位置する部位を除いた位置に前記シール部から延びて形成された第2シール部と
を含むパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記第2シール部は、前記シール部の上に電極タブが位置する部位を除いた部位に第2シール部が位置するようにシールツールを変形させることにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記電極タブは電極組立体の両方向に位置することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記電極タブは電極組立体の一方向に位置することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記第2シール部の厚さは250±20μmであることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記電池はリチウム二次電池であることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
