Claims (13)
- 複数の電池モジュールを連結するHVバスバーであって、
第1金属プレート及び第2金属プレートを含む導体部と、
前記導体部の外側表面に形成された絶縁性樹脂被覆層とを含み、
前記第2金属プレートには、前記第1金属プレートを構成する第1金属と第1金属より溶融温度が低い第2金属とが分散された状態で混合されており、
前記第1金属プレートと前記第2金属プレートの間に溶接部が無く、前記第1金属プレートと前記第2金属プレートが一体に形成されている、HVバスバー。 - 前記第2金属は、上面及び下面が前記第2金属プレートの外部に露出され、側面が第1金属と密着した状態で存在する、請求項1に記載のHVバスバー。
- 前記第2金属は、外表面積が互いに異なる、請求項1又は2に記載のHVバスバー。
- 所定の温度以上に加熱されれば、前記第2金属が溶融して前記第2金属プレートの断面積が減少する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のHVバスバー。
- 所定の温度以上に加熱されれば、前記第2金属プレートに破断部が形成される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のHVバスバー。
- 前記第1金属は銅またはアルミニウムであり、前記第2金属はインジウム(In)およびスズ(Sn)のうちの1種以上からなる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のHVバスバー。
- 前記第1金属プレートは2個であり、前記第2金属プレートは1個であり、前記第1金属プレートの間に前記第2金属プレートが位置する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のHVバスバー。
- 前記第1金属プレートと前記第2金属プレートとが長手方向に沿って交互に位置し、長手方向の両側縁には前記第1金属プレートが位置する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のHVバスバー。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のHVバスバーの製造方法であって、
第1金属粉末を連続的に供給し、所定の温度に加温しながら押圧して第1金属プレートを形成する第1段階と、
第1金属粉末と第2金属粉末とが混合された混合金属粉末を所定の時間の間に連続的に供給し、所定の温度に加温しながら押圧して第2金属プレートを形成する第2段階と、
第1金属粉末を連続的に供給し、所定の温度に加温しながら押圧して第1金属プレートを形成して導体部を準備する第3段階と、を含む、HVバスバーの製造方法。 - 前記第1金属粉末は銅またはアルミニウムであり、前記第2金属粉末はインジウム(In)及びスズ(Sn)からなる合金である、請求項9に記載のHVバスバーの製造方法。
- 前記第2金属粉末の粒径が前記第1金属粉末の粒径より大きい、請求項9又は10に記載のHVバスバーの製造方法。
- 前記導体部を所定の長さに切断する第4段階と、
両側縁を除いた残りの面に絶縁性樹脂を塗布する第5段階とをさらに含む、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載のHVバスバーの製造方法。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のHVバスバーを含む、バッテリーパック。
