- 断面形状が概略矩形状とされた導電性の板材により構成され前記板材平面に沿って曲げられた曲げ部を有するバスバー電線用導体であって、
前記曲げ部は、前記板材平面に沿って曲げられていない直線状態では、前記板材平面を含む前記板材の長手方向と直交する幅方向の幅範囲内において、一側に向かって延びる複数の板部を有し、前記複数の板部の前記長手方向の両側となる位置が複数の空隙とされた櫛歯部を前記板材の前記一側のみに有し、
前記櫛歯部は、前記曲げ部において、前記複数の板部が接触している
ことを特徴とするバスバー電線用導体。 - 請求項1に記載のバスバー電線用導体と、
前記バスバー電線用導体を被覆する絶縁体である絶縁被覆と、を備え、
前記絶縁被覆は、前記バスバー電線用導体に形成される空隙の少なくとも一部に非充填状態となっている
ことを特徴とするバスバー電線。
