前記成形品の前記パルプと前記カルボキシメチルセルロース塩と前記澱粉との割合は、パルプ:カルボキシメチルセルロース塩:澱粉=50~80質量%:15~40質量%:5~10質量%であり、
前記成形品同士を接合する対向面に水を塗布する塗布工程と、
前記対向面同士を突き合わせる突き合わせ工程と、
当該突き合わせ部を乾燥させる乾燥工程とを含むことを特徴とする成形品の接合方法に係るものである。

上述の効果を裏付ける実験例について説明する。
実験1は、澱粉により水解性に影響がでるか、クラックが生じるかなどを確認する実験である。
実験2は、水解性を向上させるために各配合割合を確認する実験である。
実験3は、2つの成形品を水を用いて接合した際の接着度合いを確認する実験である。
Claims (27)
- パルプとカルボキシメチルセルロース塩と澱粉とを含む成形品(膣腔内に挿入するアプリケーターを除く)であって、前記パルプと前記カルボキシメチルセルロース塩と前記澱粉との割合が、パルプ:カルボキシメチルセルロース塩:澱粉=50~80質量%:15~40質量%:5~10質量%であることを特徴とする成形品。
- 請求項1記載の成形品において、前記パルプは、針葉樹パルプおよび広葉樹パルプの混合パルプであることを特徴とする成形品。
- 請求項2記載の成形品において、前記針葉樹パルプと前記広葉樹パルプの混合比(質量比)が30:70~70:30であることを特徴とする成形品。
- 請求項1記載の成形品において、前記パルプは広葉樹パルプであることを特徴とする成形品。
- パルプとカルボキシメチルセルロース塩と澱粉と水とを含む射出成形若しくは圧縮成形に用いる成形材料であって、前記パルプと前記カルボキシメチルセルロース塩と前記澱粉との割合が、パルプ:カルボキシメチルセルロース塩:澱粉=50~80質量%:15~40質量%:5~10質量%であり、水分率が20~65質量%であることを特徴とする成形材料。
- 請求項5記載の成形材料において、前記パルプは、針葉樹パルプおよび広葉樹パルプの混合パルプであることを特徴とする成形材料。
- 請求項6記載の成形材料において、前記針葉樹パルプと前記広葉樹パルプの混合比(質量比)が30:70~70:30であることを特徴とする成形材料。
- 請求項5記載の成形材料において、前記パルプは広葉樹パルプであることを特徴とする成形材料。
- 請求項5~8いずれか1項に記載の成形材料において、前記パルプと前記カルボキシメチルセルロース塩と前記澱粉との混合物100質量部に非アルカリ金属の長鎖脂肪酸塩が0.3~2.0質量部が添加されていることを特徴とする成形材料。
- 請求項5~9いずれか1項に記載の成形材料によって成形したピース(膣腔内に挿入するアプリケーターを除く)を水分含有状態で突き合わせ加圧接合し乾燥固化してなることを特徴とする接合構造。
- 請求項10記載の接合構造において、前記突き合わせ加圧接合は、突き合わせ部分に10g/m2以上の水を塗布し10kPa以上の加圧力を10sec以上保持したことを特徴とする接合構造。
- パルプとカルボキシメチルセルロース塩と澱粉と水とを含む射出成形若しくは圧縮成形に用いる成形材料の製造方法であって、前記成形材料の前記パルプと前記カルボキシメチルセルロース塩と前記澱粉との割合が、パルプ:カルボキシメチルセルロース塩:澱粉=50~80質量%:15~40質量%:5~10質量%であり、前記パルプと前記カルボキシメチルセルロース塩と前記澱粉と前記水とを混合し混練することを特徴とする成形材料の製造方法。
- 請求項12記載の成形材料の製造方法において、前記パルプと前記カルボキシメチルセルロース塩と前記澱粉との混合物100質量部に、水分率が20~65質量%となるように水を添加して混練することを特徴とする成形材料の製造方法。
- 請求項12,13いずれか1項に記載の成形材料の製造方法において、前記パルプは、針葉樹パルプおよび広葉樹パルプの混合パルプであることを特徴とする成形材料の製造方法。
- 請求項14記載の成形材料の製造方法において、前記針葉樹パルプと前記広葉樹パルプの混合比(質量比)が30:70~70:30であることを特徴とする成形材料の製造方法。
- 請求項12,13いずれか1項に記載の成形材料の製造方法において、前記パルプは広葉樹パルプであることを特徴とする成形材料の製造方法。
- 請求項12~16のいずれか1項に記載の成形材料の製造方法において、前記パルプと前記カルボキシメチルセルロース塩と前記澱粉と前記水とを混合した物に、非アルカリ金属の長鎖脂肪酸塩を添加し混練することを特徴とする成形材料の製造方法。
- 請求項17記載の成形材料の製造方法において、前記非アルカリ金属の長鎖脂肪酸塩の添加量は、前記パルプと前記カルボキシメチルセルロース塩と前記澱粉との混合物100質量部に対して0.3~2.0質量部とすることを特徴とする成形材料の製造方法。
- 請求項12~18のいずれか1項に記載の成形材料の製造方法において、前記混練は、40℃~90℃で行うことを特徴とする成形材料の製造方法。
- パルプとカルボキシメチルセルロース塩と澱粉とを含む成形品の製造方法であって、請求項5~9のいずれか1項に記載の成形材料を用い、下記条件で射出成形若しくは圧縮成形することを特徴とする成形品の製造方法。

当該突き合わせ部を乾燥させる乾燥工程とを含むことを特徴とする成形品の接合方法。 - 請求項21記載の成形品の接合方法において、前記パルプは、針葉樹パルプおよび広葉樹パルプの混合パルプであることを特徴とする成形品の接合方法。
- 請求項22記載の成形品の接合方法において、前記針葉樹パルプと前記広葉樹パルプの混合比(質量比)が30:70~70:30であることを特徴とする成形品の接合方法。
- 請求項21記載の成形品の接合方法において、前記パルプは広葉樹パルプであることを特徴とする成形品の接合方法。
- 請求項21~24のいずれか1項に記載の成形品の接合方法において、前記塗布工程を下記条件で行うことを特徴とする成形品の接合方法。
