Claims (18)
- 手術目的用の、特に双極マッピング吸引器具である吸引器具(1)であって、
ハンドピース(2)と、
外部吸引装置(10)および/または外部洗浄装置(20)との少なくとも1つの流体接続を形成するように構成される第1インターフェース(3)と、
外部刺激装置(31)との双極電気接続を形成するように構成される第2インターフェース(4)と、
軸方向における前記ハンドピース(2)から延びるカニューレユニット(5)であって、前記カニューレユニット(5)の基端で前記ハンドピース(2)に機械的に接続されるカニューレユニット(5)と、
を備え、
前記カニューレユニット(5)は、導電性の外部カニューレチューブ(5.1)と、導電性の内部カニューレチューブ(5.2)と、絶縁体(5.3)と、を有し、
前記導電性の内部カニューレチューブ(5.2)は、前記第2インターフェース(4)の前記双極電気接続の第1電極に電気接続され、かつ、外部カニューレチューブ(5.1)に同心状に配置され、かつ、前記第1インターフェース(3)に流体接続され、
前記導電性の外部カニューレチューブ(5.2)は、前記第2インターフェース(4)の双極電気接続の第2電極に電気接続され、
前記絶縁体(5.3)は、前記外部カニューレチューブ(5.1)と前記内部カニューレチューブ(5.2)との間に同心状に配置され、前記外部カニューレチューブ(5.1)と前記内部カニューレチューブ(5.2)とを相互に完全に電気的に絶縁するように構成される、
吸引器具(1)。 - 光出口、および/または、光源(6)、および/または、光ガイドを有する照明装置をさらに備え、
前記光出口は、前記ハンドピース(2)または、代わりに前記カニューレユニット(5)に配置され、前記光ガイド、または、代わりに前記光源(6)から光を出すことを可能に構成され、
前記光ガイドは、前記光源(6)、または、代わりに外部光源から出射される光を前記光出口にガイドするように構成される、
請求項1に記載の吸引器具(1)。 - 外部ナビゲーション装置(40)により検出されるように構成され、前記ハンドピース(2)または前記カニューレユニット(5)に固定接続される、または、機械的に着脱可能に接続される追跡要素(7)をさらに備える、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の吸引器具(1)。 - 前記外部カニューレチューブ(5.1)は、生体適合性または生体不活性となる、
請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の吸引器具(1)。 - 前記内部カニューレチューブ(5.2)および/または前記絶縁体(5.3)は、生体適合性または生体不活性となる、
請求項4に記載の吸引器具(1)。 - 前記外部カニューレチューブ(5.1)および/または前記内部カニューレチューブ(5.2)は、ステンレス製であり、および/または、前記絶縁体(5.3)は、プラスチック製である、
請求項4または請求項5に記載の吸引器具(1)。 - 前記絶縁体(5.3)は、ポリアミド製である、
請求項6に記載の吸引器具(1)。 - 前記カニューレユニット(5)は、1mm~15mmの外径を有する、
請求項1~7の何れか1項に記載の吸引器具(1)。 - 前記カニューレユニット(5)は、10cm~40cmの長さを有する、
請求項1~8の何れか1項に記載の吸引器具(1)。 - 前記カニューレユニット(5)は、直線状である、または、近位領域において、10度~60度、好ましくは30度の曲げを有する、
請求項1~9の何れか1項に記載の吸引器具(1)。 - 前記ハンドピース(2)は、前記内部カニューレチューブ(5.2)に流体接続される吸引制御開口(8)を有する、
請求項1~10の何れか1項に記載の吸引器具(1)。 - 前記カニューレユニット(5)は、前記カニューレユニット(5)の基端で前記ハンドピース(2)に固定接続され、または、機械的に着脱可能に接続されている、
請求項1~11の何れか1項に記載の吸引器具(1)。 - 第1制御バルブおよび/または第2制御バルブをさらに備え、
前記内部カニューレチューブ(5.2)は、前記第1制御バルブおよび前記第1インターフェース(3)の第1流体接続によって前記外部吸引装置(10)に流体接続され、
前記内部カニューレチューブ(5.2)は、前記第2制御バルブおよび前記第1インターフェース(3)の第2流体接続によって前記外部洗浄装置(20)に流体接続される、
請求項1~12の何れか1項に記載の吸引器具(1)。 - 前記ハンドピース(2)は、前記外部吸引装置(10)の吸引機能と前記外部洗浄装置(20)の洗浄機能との間で切り替わるように構成される第1動作要素(9.1)をさらに有する、
請求項13に記載の吸引器具(1)。 - 前記第2インターフェース(4)は、単極または双極接続を形成するための2つの接続ピンを有する、または、単極または双極電気接続を形成するための双極ケーブルを有する、
請求項1~14の何れか1項に記載の吸引器具(1)。 - 前記ハンドピース(2)は、第2動作要素(9.2)をさらに有し、
前記第2インターフェース(4)は、前記外部刺激装置(31)との前記第2動作要素の伝達接続を形成するように構成され、
前記第2動作要素(9.2)は、単極動作と双極動作との間で切り替わるように構成される、
請求項1~15の何れか1項に記載の吸引器具(1)。 - 流体および組織を吸引する、部位を洗い流す、神経組織を監視するためのシステム(100)であって、
請求項1~16の何れか1項に記載の吸引器具(1)と、
吸引装置(10)および/または洗浄装置(20)と、
監視用の神経組織の近傍で患者に取り付け可能な、少なくとも1つの、好ましくは2つの、導電電極(50)と、
刺激装置(31)と、前記刺激装置(31)に伝達可能に接続される監視装置(32)とを有するIOMシステム(30)と、
を備え、
前記吸引装置(10)および/または前記洗浄装置(20)は、前記第1インターフェース(3)により、流体ライン(11,12)、特に、セミリジッドチューブによる前記吸引器具(1)に流体接続され、
前記IOMシステム(30)の前記刺激装置(31)は、前記第2インターフェース(4)により、単極または双極接続(33)、特に単極または双極ケーブルによる単極または双極の方法で前記吸引器具(1)に電気的に接続され、
前記刺激装置(31)は、2つのカニューレチューブ(5.1,5.2)の少なくとも1つにより、および/または、両方のカニューレチューブ(5.1,5.2)により、組織を電気的に刺激するように構成され、
前記監視装置(32)は、少なくとも2つの導電電極(50)に電気的に接続され、前記少なくとも2つの導電電極(50)により記録される刺激反応を監視するように、および/または、聴覚的に、および/または視覚的にユーザにそれを出力するように構成される、
システム(100)。 - 前記システム(100)は、監視ユニットに伝達可能に接続され、インピーダンス測定を実行するように構成されるインピーダンス測定装置をさらに備え、または、
前記IOMシステム(30)は、前記インピーダンス測定を実行するように構成され、前記カニューレユニット(5)の先端の周囲の組織の異なる周波数での複合抵抗がインピーダンス測定で測定され、前記システムは、測定されたインピーダンスに基づいて組織の種類を決定してユーザに出力するように構成される、
請求項17に記載のシステム(100)。
