Description

好ましくは、静脈疾患は静脈不全、膨張静脈、静脈瘤、拡張症または動脈瘤の群から選択される。
さらに好ましい実施形態では、接着剤およびガスは、本発明の注入カテーテル装置に負荷され、その後のボーラスに適用される。好ましくは、接着剤は、薬学的に許容される組織接着剤である。好ましくは、接着剤はまた、光硬化または光活性化接着剤であり、ガスは、静脈内使用のために許容される医療ガスである。

- a)外管(1)
b)光源(3)
c)接着剤の展開のための再配置可能な管(5)を含み、
前記外管(1)が、先端から5mmと40mmとの間の距離に位置する前記外管の壁に一つの開口部を有するか、先端から5mm~250mmのセグメントに位置するいくつかの開口部を有し、
前記光源が前記外管の壁および/または内腔内に一体化されている、二重管注入カテーテルデバイス。 - 前記光源が、光ファイバーまたは他の光伝送素子である請求項1に記載の二重管注入カテーテルデバイス。
- 前記光源が、紫外光、可視光、または赤外光を発生、伝送、または発光し、紫外光は10~380nmの間の波長の光であり、可視光は381~780nmの間の波長の光であり、赤外光は781nm~1mmの間の波長の光である請求項1または2に記載の二重管注入カテーテルデバイス。
- さらに接着剤用の容器を含む請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の二重管注入カテーテルデバイス。
- 接着剤の展開のための再配置可能な前記管が、前記外管内の位置に引っ込められる請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の二重管注入カテーテルデバイス。
- さらにセンサシステムを含む請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の二重管注入カテーテルデバイス。
- 先端まで10cmの遠位の位置での少なくとも1つの前記開口部の大きさが前記外管(1)および/または再配置可能な管(5)の内腔に対して50%の直径を示す請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の二重管注入カテーテルデバイス。
- a)薬学的に許容される組織接着剤およびフォームの形態の硬化薬を含む組成物、および
b)請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の二重管注入カテーテルデバイス
を含むキット。
