Claims (1)
- 複数の振動子を用いて液層から液滴を生成する液滴生成方法であって、
前記複数の振動子からの複数の超音波を液層に照射して、前記液層から複数の一次液滴を飛散させ、
飛散中の前記複数の一次液滴が凝集して二次液滴に成長しており、
前記複数の超音波が焦点で結ばれるように、前記複数の振動子のそれぞれに対する信号印加タイミングを異ならせており、
前記液層の厚さは、前記焦点の距離の1%以上且つ50%以下であることを特徴とする液滴生成方法。
