Description
I)接着性。重合体シール材は、熱により融解した後に、化学的作用により電子デバイス及び基板と接着され、長期の使用において電子デバイス及び基板との間に層間剥離が発生しないことが一般的に期待される。
II)柔軟性。弾性率が低く、電子デバイスを外力の衝撃による損傷から保護する。
III)透明性。例えば太陽電池では、太陽光を最大限に利用し、発電効率を向上させるために、シール材に高光透過率が求められる。
IV)絶縁性。通常、この重合体シール材は、大きな漏れ電流の発生を回避するために、高い体積抵抗率を必要とする。
V)化学的安定性。ソーラーモジュールは長期にわたって屋外で使用される時に、高温、高湿度、紫外線放射などにさらされるが、シール材には深刻な劣化が生じて、黄変、機械的性質の低下、腐食性化合物の放出などを引き起こしてはならない。
VI)耐熱性。ソーラーモジュールは屋外で長期の高温作用を受けるため、シール材に流動やクリープ(creep)が発生してはならないので、シール材は通常架橋処理を必要とする。
(式中、R1はH、基A、基A中の少なくとも1つの水素原子がヒドロキシ基又はエポキシ基で置換された置換基、又は基A中の少なくとも1つのメチレン基がカルボニル基で置換された置換基であり、基Aは直鎖アルキル基、分岐アルキル基又はシクロアルキル基であり、且つ第1の置換基の炭素数が10以下であり、R2は炭素数2~20のアルケニル基である。)
(式中、R1はH、基A、上記基A中の少なくとも1つの水素原子がヒドロキシ基又はエポキシ基で置換された置換基、又は上記基A中の少なくとも1つのメチレン基がカルボニル基で置換された置換基であり、基Aは直鎖アルキル基、分岐アルキル基又はシクロアルキル基であり、且つ基Aの炭素数が10以下であり、R2は炭素数2~20のアルケニル基である。)
変性ポリオレフィン層:重量部基準で、エチレン-ヘキセン共重合体99部、エチレン-ヘキセン共重合体グラフトポリアクリルアミド(グラフト分岐鎖分子量150g/mol、グラフト率10wt%、密度0.875g/cm3、メルトインデックス25g/10min)1部に、架橋剤としてt-ブチルペルオキシイソプロピルカーボネート0.5部、架橋助剤としてトリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレート0.5部を加えた。
変性ポリオレフィン層:重量部基準で、エチレン-オクテン共重合体90部、エチレン-オクテン共重合体グラフトポリ9-ヘキサデセンアミド基(グラフト分岐鎖分子量5000g/mol、グラフト率0.5wt%、密度0.862g/cm3、メルトインデックス15g/10min)10部に、架橋剤として1,1-ジ(t-ブチルペルオキシ)-3,3,5-トリメチルシクロヘキサン1.5部、架橋助剤としてエトキシ化トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート3部を加えた。
変性ポリオレフィン層:重量部基準で、エチレン-ブテン共重合体グラフトポリN-メチロールアクリルアミド(グラフト分岐鎖分子量1000g/mol、グラフト率5wt%、密度0.870g/cm3、メルトインデックス20g/10min)100部に、架橋剤として1,1-ビス(t-アミルペルオキシ)シクロヘキサン2部、架橋助剤としてトリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート0.02部、架橋助剤としてエトキシ化グリセロールトリアクリレート1.0部、増粘剤としてビニルトリペルオキシt-ブチルシラン0.8部、光安定剤としてセバシン酸ビス(2,2,6,6-テトラメチル-4-ピペリジル)0.8部を加えた。
実施例3との相違点は以下のとおりである。変性ポリオレフィン層はエチレン-ブテン共重合体グラフトポリN,N’-メチレンビスアクリルアミド(グラフト分岐鎖分子量2000g/mol、グラフト率1.5wt%、密度0.880g/cm3、メルトインデックス18g/10min)であった。
実施例3との相違点は以下のとおりである。変性ポリオレフィン層はエチレン-ブテン共重合体グラフトポリN-(2-ヒドロキシエチル)-ウンデカ-10-エナミド基(グラフト分岐鎖分子量8000g/mol、グラフト率1.0wt%、密度0.873g/cm3、メルトインデックス3g/10min)であった。
実施例3との相違点は以下のとおりである。変性ポリオレフィン層はエチレン-ブテン共重合体グラフトポリN-エチルアクリルアミド基(グラフト分岐鎖分子量500g/mol、グラフト率15wt%、密度0.862g/cm3、メルトインデックス15g/10min)であった。
実施例3との相違点は以下のとおりである。変性ポリオレフィン層はエチレン-ブテン共重合体グラフトポリ加水分解ポリマレイン酸無水物(グラフト分岐鎖分子量2300g/mol、グラフト率1.5wt%、密度0.875g/cm3、メルトインデックス20g/10min)であった。
実施例3との相違点は以下のとおりである。変性ポリオレフィン層はエチレン-ブテン共重合体グラフトポリ加水分解ポリ(4-ビニルピリジン)(分岐鎖分子量300g/mol、グラフト率10wt%、密度0.865g/cm3、メルトインデックス25g/10min)であった。
実施例3との相違点は以下のとおりである。変性ポリオレフィン層はエチレン-ブテン共重合体グラフトポリ加水分解ポリ(N-ビニル-2-ピロリドン)(分岐鎖分子量330g/mol、グラフト率5wt%、密度0.870g/cm3、メルトインデックス24g/10min)であった。
実施例3との相違点は以下のとおりである。変性ポリオレフィン層はエチレン-ブテン共重合体グラフトポリ加水分解ポリグリシジルかご型ポリシルセスキオキサン(分岐鎖分子量1300g/mol、グラフト率2.5wt%、密度0.873g/cm3、メルトインデックス19g/10min)であった。
実施例3との相違点は以下のとおりである。変性ポリオレフィン層はエチレン-ブテン共重合体グラフトポリN-メチロールアクリルアミド(分岐鎖分子量1000g/mol、グラフト率0.1wt%、密度0.869g/cm3、メルトインデックス19g/10min)であった。
実施例3との相違点は以下のとおりである。変性ポリオレフィン層はエチレン-ブテン共重合体グラフトポリN-メチロールアクリルアミド(分岐鎖分子量1000g/mol、グラフト率18wt%、密度0.870g/cm3、メルトインデックス21g/10min)であった。
実施例3との相違点は以下のとおりである。グラフト分岐鎖は、エポキシ基とアミド基を同時に含有するエチレン-ブテン共重合体(分岐鎖分子量1000g/mol、グラフト率15wt%、密度0.875g/cm3、メルトインデックス21g/10min)であった。
実施例3との相違点は以下のとおりである。グラフト分岐鎖はエチレン-ヘキセン共重合体グラフトポリアクリルアミドであり、グラフト分岐鎖分子量1000g/mol、グラフト率5wt%、密度0.875g/cm3、メルトインデックス15g/10minであった。
実施例3との相違点は以下のとおりである。グラフト分岐鎖は、分子量200g/mol、グラフト率15%、密度0.875g/cm3、メルトインデックス15g/10minであった。
実施例3との相違点は以下のとおりである。グラフト分岐鎖は、分子量5000g/mol、グラフト率0.5%、密度0.875g/cm3、メルトインデックス10g/10minであった。
実施例3との相違点は、変性ポリオレフィン層の単層接着フィルムであることである。重量部基準で、エチレン-ブテン共重合体グラフトポリN-メチロールアクリルアミド(グラフト分岐鎖分子量1000g/mol、グラフト率5wt%、密度0.870g/cm3、メルトインデックス20g/10min)100部に、架橋剤として1,1-ビス(t-アミルペルオキシ)シクロヘキサン2部、架橋助剤としてトリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート0.02部、架橋助剤としてエトキシ化グリセロールトリアクリレート1.0部、増粘剤としてビニルトリペルオキシt-ブチルシラン0.8部、光安定剤としてセバシン酸ビス(2,2,6,6-テトラメチル-4-ピペリジル)0.8部を加えた。
実施例17との相違点は以下のとおりである。変性ポリオレフィン層はエチレン-ブテン共重合体グラフトポリN,N’-メチレンビスアクリルアミド(グラフト分岐鎖分子量2000g/mol、グラフト率1.5wt%、密度0.880g/cm3、メルトインデックス18g/10min)であった。
実施例17との相違点は以下のとおりである。変性ポリオレフィン層はエチレン-ブテン共重合体グラフトポリN-(2-ヒドロキシエチル)-ウンデカ-10-エナミド基(グラフト分岐鎖分子量8000g/mol、グラフト率1.0wt%、密度0.873g/cm3、メルトインデックス3g/10min)であった。
実施例17との相違点は以下のとおりである。変性ポリオレフィン層はエチレン-ブテン共重合体グラフトポリ加水分解ポリマレイン酸無水物(グラフト分岐鎖分子量2300g/mol、グラフト率1.5wt%、密度0.875g/cm3、メルトインデックス20g/10min)であった。
ポリオレフィン接着フィルム:重量部基準で、エチレン-ヘキセン共重合体(密度0.870g/cm3、メルトインデックス25g/10min)100部に、アクリルアミド3部、架橋剤としてt-ブチルペルオキシイソプロピルカーボネート0.5部、架橋助剤としてトリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレート0.5部を加えた。
実施例1との相違点は以下のとおりである。変性ポリオレフィン層はエチレン-ヘキセン共重合体グラフトアクリルアミド(分岐鎖分子量71g/mol、グラフト率10wt%)であった。
実施例1との相違点は以下のとおりである。変性ポリオレフィン層はエチレン-ヘキセン共重合体グラフトポリアクリルアミド(分岐鎖分子量10000g/mol、グラフト率10wt%)であった。
性能テスト:
1、粘結力
300mm×150mmのガラス/接着フィルム(2層)/可撓性背板を順次積層して、真空ラミネータに入れ、150℃、18分間のラミネートプロセスによってラミネートし、ラミネート部品を作製した。
キシレンで加熱して抽出する方法によってテストした。キシレンによって溶解されなかった質量と初期の質量との比は架橋度であった。3つのサンプルの算術平均を取り、百分数で表す。
ガラス/接着フィルム/電池セル/接着フィルム/ガラスを順次積層して、上記粘結力テストのラミネートプロセスに従ってラミネートし、標準の二重ガラス太陽電池モジュールを作製し、モジュールの規格を60枚(6×10)電池セルのモデルとした。接着フィルムごとに、それぞれ100枚のモジュールを作製して外観評価を行った。評価基準については、気泡、異物、接着フィルムと電池セル又はガラスとの間の層間剥離を判定対象とし、具体的には以下のとおりである。

両面電池を用いて、IECTS2804-1:2015に準じてテストを行い、テストの条件を85℃、85%RHと厳しくし、負の1500Vとの一定の直流電圧を外部から印加し、192h後に、太陽光発電モジュールPIDの試験前後の出力低下を測定した。
各性能パラメータのテスト結果を表1に示す。
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの変性ポリオレフィン樹脂層を含み、前記変性ポリオレフィン樹脂層を形成する樹脂は1~100%の変性ポリオレフィン樹脂を含み、変性ポリオレフィン樹脂の主鎖がエチレン-αオレフィン共重合体であり、グラフト分岐鎖が酸無水物基、アミド基、エポキシ基、及びグリシジル基のうちの1種又は複数種を含むビニル単量体で形成される化合物から選ばれ、前記グラフト分岐鎖の分子量が150~8000g/molであり、前記変性ポリオレフィン樹脂において、グラフト分岐鎖のグラフト率が0.5~15%であり、
前記グラフト分岐鎖は、式(I)で示されるアミド基を含むビニル単量体を含む単量体で形成される化合物が主鎖とラジカルグラフト反応を行うことによって形成される、ことを特徴とする接着フィルム。
(式中、前記R 1 はH、基A、前記基A中の少なくとも1つの水素原子がヒドロキシ基又はエポキシ基で置換された置換基、又は前記基A中の少なくとも1つのメチレン基がカルボニル基で置換された置換基であり、前記基Aは直鎖アルキル基、分岐アルキル基又はシクロアルキル基であり、且つ前記基Aの炭素数が10以下であり、前記R 2 は炭素数2~20のアルケニル基である。) - 前記グラフト分岐鎖は分子量1000~5000g/molのアミド基含有化合物である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接着フィルム。
- 前記R2は、ビニル基、プロペニル基、ブタジエニル基、ブテニル基、ペンテニル基、ペンタジエニル基、ヘキセニル基、ヘキサジエニル基、ヘプテニル基、オクテニル基、デセニル基、ウンデセニル基、ドデセニル基、テトラデセニル基、ヘキサデセニル基又はオクタデセニル基から選ばれる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接着フィルム。
- 前記アミド基は、アクリルアミド基、メタクリルアミド基、N-メタクリルアミド基、N-エチルアクリルアミド基、N-イソプロピルアクリルアミド基、N-t-ブチルアクリルアミド基、N-メチロールアクリルアミド基、N-ヒドロキシエチルアクリルアミド基、N-(2-ヒドロキシプロピル)アクリルアミド基、N,N’-メチレンビスアクリルアミド基、マレイミド基、オレアミド基、9-ヘキサデセンアミド基、N-(2-ヒドロキシエチル)-ウンデカ-10-エナミド基、9-テトラデセンアミド基、9-ドデセンアミド基、9-デセンアミド基、オクテンアミド基、ヘプテンアミド基、ヘキセンアミド基、ペンテンアミド基、及びブテンアミド基からなる群から選ばれる1種又は複数種である、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の接着フィルム。
- 前記エチレン-αオレフィン共重合体は、エチレンと少なくとも1種の炭素数10以下のα-オレフィンとの共重合体である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接着フィルム。
- 前記炭素数10以下のα-オレフィンは、プロピレン、1-ブテン、1-ヘキセン、1-ペンテン、1-オクテン、及び4-メチル-1-ペンテンからなる群から選ばれる1種又は複数種である、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の接着フィルム。
- 前記エチレン-αオレフィン共重合体の密度が0.86~0.89g/cm3であり、前記エチレン-αオレフィン共重合体のメルトインデックスが1~40g/10minである、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の接着フィルム。
- 前記エチレン-αオレフィン共重合体の密度が0.87~0.88g/cm3であり、前記エチレン-αオレフィン共重合体のメルトインデックスが3~30g/10minである、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の接着フィルム。
- 前記接着フィルムは少なくとも1つのエチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体層をさらに含み、且つ隣接層は同時に前記エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体層ではない、ことを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の接着フィルム。
- 隣接する前記変性ポリオレフィン樹脂層と前記エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体層との厚さの比が1:(1~3)である、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の接着フィルム。
- 前記変性ポリオレフィン樹脂層及び前記エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体層を形成する原料は、架橋剤、架橋助剤、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、光安定剤、増粘剤、防食剤、顔料のうちの1種又は複数種をさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の接着フィルム。
- 封止接着フィルムを含む電子デバイスであって、
前記封止接着フィルムは請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の接着フィルムを含む、ことを特徴とする電子デバイス。
